Hi Grant, thank you for taking the time to write a review. The box was the same size as the one pictured on the website but we do have to pack everything down in the box for shipping with less packing paper than what we use in the online photos. This may have made the gift appear smaller. We are happy to hear you were happy with the quality and packing :)

Hi Shiril, as per our email trail and the parcel tracking, I am so sorry, the driver delivered this to an incorrect address. This has never happened before and I am told it was due to the depot using relief drivers as a result of Covid. As per my earlier confirmation we have dispatched a replacement gift today on a different courier service following the original courier company being unable to retrieve the gift from the other address. Sorry for the delay, it is very upsetting for us too as most people are honest and occasionally we are given an incorrect address and the people who receive it always phone to tell us they have received a gift that is not for them. Unfortunately that wasn't the case this time.

Hi Hasina, as per the email I sent you, the parcel was delivered today following a delay due to the sudden absence of multiple staff from the NZC Wellington team as a result of Covid. This was unfortunately beyond our control and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Denise, we received your order after our order cut-off of 2pm (displayed in multiple places on the website), on a Thursday meaning we had to dispatch this on a Friday and as per our website, couriers don't guarantee weekend deliveries so this should have been delivered on the Monday but it was one day late and arrived on the Tuesday. Unfortunately there are still some delays with the courier network that are out of our control. We are glad the recipient enjoyed the gift.
