I ordered a garden gnome with the face of my nephew on it for nearly £20. When it arrived it was a cheap plastic flat piece of rubbish with a totally different face in it. In fact I think they have used the same photo I had seen in the advert
When I went back to the merchant they told me it had been customised in accordance with the photo sent. It looks like a different person. Do not buy anything from this site

Absolutely awful!
Don’t get what you ordered!
Advertise items and once ordered they add a different description (i have diff emails to what is ordered to what is sent).
When challenged they don’t care!
No refund no nothing just a tuff get what i’ve sent!
Bad bad waste of money 100%.

Huge scam. Ordered gnome statue for garden and instead got bookmark. Customer service the rudest ever dealt with in my life. Horrible company. Fraudulent and false advertising

I ordered a "Custom Gnome from Any Photo" the photo showed a garden gnome made from a photo of a women, so I uploaded a photo of my husband.
This took over a month to arrive but what arrived was cewrtainly NOT a gnome and NOT my husband, just a small piece of flat plastic with a randoms face on. I complained thinking it was the wrong order, but they referred me to the small print. Despite showing an image of a knome the small print state "Acrylic Plaque stake".
Complete scam, waste of time and money

1. The item was not what was pictured. I thought I was buying a personalized gnome but instead it was a 2-d acrylic stretched image.

2. The item came shipped in a bubble wrap and was cracked. They offered to reimburse 20% or resend.

3. I asked for a resend and that came cracked again. I asked for 100% refund. They said all they can do was 40% max refund. For a product that didn’t look like the photo and I never got a non cracked version.

Sigh. Do not support this “shop”.

Absolutely terrible product. Ad is misleading.

The advert showed what appeared to be a 3 dimensional figure with a face made with the image from an uploaded photo. What arrived was a thin piece of acrylic in 2 dimensions that bears very little resemblance to the ad photograph. This is blatant mis- advertising at best, or an outright scam at worst. From Giftseria's web site, I can see that I am not the only one to have been conned - I just wish i'd thought to check it before ordering.

This company are chinese fraudsters, pretending to be a American company do not buy from them. Bought what should have been a model gnome and it comes as flat piece of plastic with a poor quality photo

Absolute rubbish ! paid £25 (UK) including delivery.

I sent a photo in so it comes personalised (that's the whole point).

The advert suggests a 3D personalised garden statue. I received this thin plastic stake with the advertised woman on it and not my photo !!!

Sent several emails back/forward with Support which was a complete waste of time.

Total con !!!!

MASSIVE SCAM. They advertised custom garden gnomes, and I was sent a $45 acryllic print of an AI rendering of my wife and me. Absolute, total slop and garbage, never order from these scam artists.

Massively overpriced and ridiculously low quality. Avoid at all costs. Attempted to place a review on their website which proved impossible. So only the positive ?fake? reviews remain.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY
As others have said, the garden gnome ornament is actually just a piece of thin 2D perspex.
At best it is a cute novelty item that you would expect to pay no more than £5 for.

One star is too high for this product. I would give it zero. As a surprise, my husband bought me the gnome for my allotment. He was so disappointed when it arrived as the 3D gnome with my face that he was expecting did not arrive. Instead a thin Perspex image of a gnome with my face arrived. The colours are washed out and the writing unclear. A total misrepresentation in advertising as all the images show a 3D gnome. Complained on Facebook where the advert was, to no avail. Don’t buy anything from this company.

The advertisement showed a 3D garden gnome standing on a small base, with a likeness that closely resembled a specific photograph. It appeared to be a detailed, freestanding ornament.
However, what I actually received was a flat, 2D acrylic cut-out with a spike to place in the ground, which was completely different from what was advertised and not at all what I expected.
This is extremely disappointing and, in my view, misleading. The product does not match the description or images provided at the point of sale.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this company, as the item received was nothing like what was shown. I will not be purchasing from them again.

The advert shows a garden gnome 3D standing on a small square and the gnome looks exactly like a females picture. It looks like a garden gnome standing there.
I received a 2D acrylic shaped gnome with a spike to put into the garden - absolutely nothing like!! The picture of the two together I bought, one could almost pass for one person and the other looked nothing like.
Very disappointing and I will not be purchasing anything again from this company.

I have to review this as I complained and they refunded me 2/3rds of the cost due to my disappointment. So well done Customer Services - you were ace!! Thank you!!

Feel silly for falling into this trap. Nothing like what you expect. The adverts and images all across the site very much lead you to believe you are buying an actual gnome, you're not. It's a pathetic piece of plastic with a flimsy stake at the bottom of it. Also over £10 for delivery felt steep when i was ordering a gnome, but when something turns up the sizes of a standard birthday card envelope, you know you have been done!

The ad leads you to believe you are buying a 3D gnome statue but they send you a thin plastic stake. Customer service was terrible- they take no blame and say it’s all in the product description- no issue here. I do not recommend!
