How sceptical we can all be. We saw the advert and thought. That's really good but would it really hold up? Thankfully, it does. Its not perfect but the sound is quite authentic. This isn't a cheap experience, but it is a song "generated" for you. Frankly, this just wasn't possible until very recently. If you want accuracy, you do need to put as much information as you can. Do think about what you would like the song to trigger about your loved one. There are a few "artistic" licenses, but you do have a right to reply or change after the fact. It is a great service and takes about 4 working days.

Got a song with the wording wrong. Emailed loads and getting ignored. Easter off £40

Stopped replying when I requested a refund, did not refund me although their policy is to refund no questions asked.

I am writing regarding my recent order for a personalised song, for which I paid £39.99.

I requested cancellation of this order within minutes of making the payment. Unfortunately, my request was not acknowledged, and the song was still produced and delivered.

I would like to make it clear that:
My cancellation request was made promptly and in good faith
I did not consent to the work proceeding after my cancellation
I am dissatisfied with both the product and the lack of customer service
Given these circumstances, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider pursuing this matter further through my payment provider and relevant consumer protection channels.
