This place is a scam. Ive never received my product and no one will get back to me . Half the emails they have to get a hold of" customer service "then dont even work. Be ware do not use this site.....

I am going on 30 days and still no product. After reading reviews I can’t wait to see what I get. I’m going to chalk it up to a $50 loss. The last tracking info I received was in Chinese so can’t read it. They said I will get English once it arrives in America. “Dolly” had at least responded to inquiries, but I’m interested to see what this product looks like if I actually get it. I will keep you posted.

Site is a COMPLETE SCAM!!! Do NOT order from here!!! All review that are 4-5 star are FAKE reviews!! They are a Chinese company that will keep giving you the run around that your package is "shipped" and "in transit" and "at customs" but then it will get HELD UP for weeks and customer service is literally no help!! If you want to order from here? Just save yourself the frustration and burn your money....

Sent the wrong item. Refused refund and tried the usual 15% then 25% trick as item is ordered was "sold out"

Absolute scam. Tried to order a gift for a family member and it was nothing like advertised. Don’t waste your time or money.

Compete and total scam. I ordered expensive NYs Jet Scotch glasses for Xmas 2025 and paid additional insurance and they never arrived. No one ever responded to my numerous emails and they marked order “fulfilled” and have bogus tracking. Avoid this scam.

I got scammed big time. Took a month to get here and was NOT what I ordered. You cant get a hold of them either. Im so pissed.

After hearing nothing for 10 days after placing the order, I reached out and was surprised by the very quick response. It took another 2+ weeks to receive my order, and we were so disappointed with the glasses we received…very little resemblance to the images on the website. Instead of large, vivid detailed images, our glasses came with small almost clear stickers that weren’t even applied smoothly (bubbled and curled edges). I ordered 4 glasses for our city’s 4 professional sports teams, and one of the 4 wasn’t even one ordered. Don’t waste your time or money!

The advertised product is nothing like what I received. The product looked like a quality whiskey glass with a gold metal feature and a beautiful keepsake box. I received a cheap stemless wine glass and a glued on sticker that had bubbles in it. What a scam.

I had a terrific customer service experience. My NY Rangers glass arrived damaged. I had little hope of any recourse but I sent in a photo of the damaged glass, and I got a quick response. From that moment on, customer service rep Dolly offered a replacement, shipped it, informed me she shipped it and thanked me for my patience! I got a perfect replacement. Couldn’t be happier. Horrible experience. Ordered a whisky glass with a college emblem on it. The product I got was NOT the picture of the item ordered. Glass had a sticker that was printed on a regular printer and it was faded. I was unable to get the glass as a gift because it looked so bad. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not work with me on a refund. They are now telling me to send the glass back to China. I have sent them the pictures of the glass.

Fraud. This company is a scam. After waiting weeks past the Christmas delivery date, they sent a random and lesser valued product that I didn’t order or want. When I requested they send the item I ordered or a full refund, they offered me to keep the random item and a 20% discount on another product or a 25% refund on the item I ordered and didn’t receive. Seriously, a 25% refund for their mistake? When I told them it was still listed as available on their site, they said it just hadn’t been updated yet…a month later. I just did a charge back with my bank.

I was very disappointed in the quality . the whiskey glasses i ordered looked nice in the picture however when i received them in the mail it looked as if the plastic was just stuck on and I ordered a nice box for one and didnt receive it.

I ordered from an ad that popped up on Facebook for a Seahawk 50th Anniversary Whiskey Glass in commemorative box. The items arrived AFTER Christmas, there was no commemorative box and it was a stemless wine glass, not a whiskey glass. They would not take a return, offered me $10 for the boxes had to finally settle on a 20% discount + $10 for boxes and I had to keep the merchandise. Total purchase price was &72.+ and my refund was $28.00. I feel I have been scammed.

After spending over $200 for commemorative glasses. They were simply wine glasses with a sticker on a wine glass! The quality was horrible on the sticker I could have done this myself and saved over $200! The really sad part about it is I was supposed to have this before Christmas and they had ample enough time but simply could not produce and then what they did produce was trash! I will never recommend or go through this company again absolutely pathetic!

I ordered collegiate whiskey glasses, turned out after waiting 4 weeks to receive them, they were junk, the decal on them will peel right off, glasses are cheap. Really doesn’t look like what was advertised and I wonder if what they did was copyright infringement . I too suffered the “bargaining” for days to get a refund. No full refund or even a decent partial refund was offered. Flat out crap! Now I’m stuck with crap and received a measley 35% refund. Not worth it. Never again will I order off an ad on Meta platforms.

The ONLY reason, besides 0 not being an option, that I'm giving 1 star is for the various customer service reps (5 in total) who responded to my emails in a timely fashion. I ordered the team whiskey glasses as a Christmas gift. They arrived on January 8. The "whiskey" glass is actually a cheap (maybe $2-$5) stemless wine glass with a cheap sticker glued onto the glass. The sticker is crooked and already peeling/chipping off. The tissue paper the glasses came wrapped in is stuck all over the sticker because they wrapped the glass in tissue before the glue was dry. These are NOT "masterfully designed", as stated on the website. I was first offered a 15% refund. Then a 25% refund. Then a 30% refund and was told they'd offer no more than that. They said if I wanted a full refund I'd have to mail the glasses to an address in China. Once the glasses are received in China they'd then consider giving me a full refund if the glasses arrived in good shape. I thoroughly read the return policy before ordering and no where in the policy does it say that the customer has to pay to ship the item(s) to China before being "considered" for a full refund.

The glass I purchased claimed to come in a "collector's box". In reality, it was a thin cardboard box with Styrofoam cushioning. The box was in poor shape.
Additionally, the glass was very cheap looking and the stadium that was pictured was different and not even the correct football stadium. I will not use this company, again.

Can I give a negative 5 stars? First, item came 2 weeks later than advertised. Second, it’s not the item advertised. Third, it’s damaged with decal half pulled off even before taking it out of box. Even if it were the correct product it’s unusable. I would expect a full refund for this. Only if I pay to send this incorrect, defective item back at my cost will I get my money back. Really? So they can send it out to someone else ? On top of that, how can I trust that this company would not take the incorrect damaged product back and actually refund. If I did send back it would be mid February at the earliest that I would see money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I usually do a better job vetting companies. Shame on giftsur.com for sending out a product like this and having terrible customer service!
