Giggy’s helped me during the lockdown to buy my son a beautiful gold chain for a special birthday, all online using email and what’s app- sending me photos and excellent descriptions. Other jewellers that I had contacted either didn’t reply or were unhelpful ! I complete trust Giggys and would definitely use them again.

I’ve been blown away with the service and the Ring. I have used Giggy before to buy chains and found them to be great quality and thats why I decided to order a custom piece. From design through build I’ve had pictures and coms. It arrived today in the most fantastic box ( I won’t give away why but you’ll see). I checked the price I’ve paid and think these guys were very competitive stones are bright like stars and ring Band absolutely brilliant. If I could have given more stars I would.

I had nothing but excellent service from start to finish, even though unfortunately my order wasn't fulfilled for Christmas as promised (due to no fault of the staff - covid boarder controls to blame as my purchase was coming from the USA). Due to this I was sent 2 complimentary pairs of earrings aswell as the pair I ordered when they arrive.
I will definitely recommend GIGGYS to friends and family and look forward to shopping with them again.

I found Giggy Jewellery online and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. They were quick to respond to Instagram and email questions and very helpful in the process. I ordered a gold chain which was out of stock and I was regularly kept up to date with delivery- arriving 3 weeks before expected. The quality is excellent: great price for the weight and a nice finish. Highly recommend anyone looking to purchase excellent quality jewellery at very solid prices.
