2 weeks after i paid for a ATH_a900 i have not receive it
I email why
they answer "out of stock"
the ath-a900 is still on the site and "in stock"
now i try to have my money back by Paypal
i am not the first victim
search on the web and you will see that other peoples were in the same situation

Ordered a zoom lens 2 weeks before christmas. Arrived just short of two weeks from the time of placing order. They answerd my only query straight away. Recieved 2 emails of progress. Package arrived and everything was in order. Will shop with them again.

bought the RS170 wireless sennheiser headphones. appears to be legit as they are the same inside and out as you get from the proper hifi stores.
phones never arrived after 8 days so emailed and they arrived 3 days after that. 11 days from Hong Kong - not bad even if i did have to chase up for them. found the customer service very satisfactory with prompt replies.
Satisfying experience although i did assume the company was based in Australia so for that reason alone probably wouldnt buy from again as warranty is not covered in Australia and it would be a lot of hassle and expense to ship back for repairs (fingers x)

They give me a promised 6-8 day order and delivery time.
They ship it on the 9th. day, and shipping takes 10 days..
4 of those days are spent with the package being withheld by customs, and once it ships to me, I'm contacted by courier informing me of not only the VAT charge and import tax, but also of the fine I have to pay for not declaring the package properly.
I refuse to take delivery on the 28th. of August, and is still to this day awaiting a refund.
Package was given a new tracking number on the return trip, which clearly states package delivered and signed for by the company on the 14th. (it was withheld for a long time because they refused to pay the fine) and yet the company refuses to have received it, as they see the new tracking number as being a new package..
Appearently I was to send it back with the same tracking number, or the package would not be the same.
Paypal promised this solved on the 18th. of September, but have now told me twice that "it takes longer to solve than expected"

Do not buy from this company!
They do not provide essential information about shipping, they do not declare packages properly for customs, they do not refund when the package has been returned.

This company is 100% scam..

GimmeDigi offers a cheap price and received the item just after 3 days!

I placed an order with Gimmidigi and after being told on their website it is in stock, I waited almost 4 weeks for a dispatch. No luck.

I have since asked for a refund, and was told 5 days. It is now close to 10 days and still no refund.

I have every confidence that this organisation cannot deliver or do as they promise. I have zero confidence in them.

I will be raising a paypal dispute to recover my money.

I will also be contacting their parent companies Directors' with a full audit of their poor performance and GimmiDigis' outstanding failure to deliver product, and now, my refund.

I will also forward the evidence and their failed promises.

Was really hoping they'd be a good company to deal with as they appear to have a great range. Ordered a $700+ mobile phone which was estimated to take 5-9 days to arrive international shipping but it's now over a month. Customer service make excuses and never give any firm dates for when I might receive and change the subject when asked for a refund. I have had to launch a dispute with Paypal to try and get some action thus far Gimmedigi have responded with no firm answers still. Will update if anything changes but I wouldn't risk giving them your money.
After communicating through Paypal disputes & contacting a Hong Kong consumer group I finally received the goods that had been paid for so many weeks before. A great relief but I don't think I'd buy anything with them again.

I bought a camera and they shipped me another model. I call their customer service and they told me the one that I wanted is old and they ship me a new one. I don't want it and ask for refund! They told me to sell it on eBay myself!? ... What is going on with these people???
