Great communication with Gino guitars. Had a guitar shipped to Belgium and it arrived as promised: it was described as a mint 2015 guitar and it was absolutely mint! Great packaging also. 1 happy customer, big thanks!

Brilliant experience and beautiful guitar.
Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. I was slightly nervous purchasing an expensive guitar online and from abroad but I needn’t have been.
Ginos is excellent with communication - answered all my questions promptly and it was just a great purchase overall.
I received the guitar in pristine condition and it was setup as requested.
Not a bad word to say really. Would recommend without hesitation.

I do recommend to work with them wherever is your residence. Very high satisfaction for the international service. I contacted Gianluca via Gino’s email service. He took care about my order and, after payment, quickly the goods were sent to my place with UPS. It took only 6 day for the guitar to arrive in the country. I received the guitar 4 days later , the guitar was well protected and all was ok.
For sure next time I need some gears I will contact Gino again.
