As we set out to create a mini-farm on our property, watering is a key component to success. We have choosen Giraffe as our hoses to connect to our irrigation and use it throughout our property; it is high quality and gets the job done.

We had an issue with Amazon's delivery and Giraffe customer service was quick to resolve the problem.

I bought a Grandfalls pressure washer a year ago. It was always a bit hit and miss and then eventually stopped working altogether. I was sent a replacement last month which worked twice and then broke completely.

I have asked for a refund as I cannot deal with another replacement, and having to dispose of another unit (which was my responsibility).

I have been offered a partial refund as I have had use of the unit for a year, despite all of this. I'm not sure this is even legal given I was provided with a faulty replacement under warranty.

Avoid at all costs.

We haven't had a chance to use the pressure washer yet, but Destiny (customer support) was wonderful!!
She responded very quickly to all emails and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal possible for our pressure washer. Thank you Destiny!

One could not have asked for better customer service. Our recent experience was outstanding. Not only were they courteous, but quick, too. We received our replacement within a few days. We highly recommend purchasing items from Giraffe Tools. They stay true to their warranty plan.

My Giraffe water hose broke. And I worked with Destiny she help me replaced the water hose with a new one it was a great experience. Great company

Terrible company to get hold of, they offer a 24 month warranty but then avoid all contact when an issue arises, having sent multiple emails, via their web page and via Amazon, they never return your calls, my biggest regret is purchasing this hose reel upon the reviews, shocking customer service, rude and obnoxious phone operators, DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I contacted giraffe tools because i needed a new bracket for my hose. The original bracket had broken after 3 years and you cannot buy replacement ones. A very helpful lady named Lea helped me out so much and arranged for a brand new bracket to be sent out so that I didn’t have to buy a whole new hose etc.
Giraffe tools (and Lea) were not obligated to help me at all but they bent over backwards to get me (and my garden hose) sorted out.
I will always buy from this company in future. Best customer service I have ever received!!

The reel I had ordered came in a damaged box. The reel was therefore scratched but mostly just aesthetic. They replaced the unit in no time, no shipping fees, no returning the damaged one, they simply sent a new one, fast.

I have never seen a company stand behind their product as well as Giraffe Tools. They respond quickly to questions or concerns and always make things right.

A truly awful experience which I see is similar to others reviewing. Bought a retractable hose at great expense over a week ago with order confirmation, claim tk have dispatched and money taken immediately.

And then nothing with DPD tracking saying expected but not received. Website useless, no contact numbers and follow up emails ignored. What a shambles.

Do not buy from this company.

I recently came across Giraffe Tools and have been really impressed. What stood out right away was their attention to detail and overall product quality. Their garage accessories are not only well-designed but genuinely useful for everyday use.

I currently use several of their reel products intended for indoor use, and each one has been extremely clean in design, highly functional, and easy to integrate into my space. It’s rare to find products that balance aesthetics and practicality this well.

So far, everything has performed exactly as expected, and I’m confident they’ll continue to hold up over time. Definitely looking forward to getting long-term use out of them.

I have the top of the range Giraffe wall mount pressure washer.
The idea is brilliant. The product is not.
First point it runs at 95db. At that volume ear protection should be worn when working around it. It is ridiculously noisy.
Second, the reel doesn't always run the hose back onto the reel in the correct way. It will bunch up and leave half of it unwound on the floor
Third, I upgraded to the soft grey hose. This kinks and stops the flow of water.
Fourth, it takes along to time to actually get to pressure.
Fifth, in the UK the fittings for the gun and hoses are not available. It's a nightmare trying to get a better aftermarket gun to fit and you'll need as......
Sixth, the gun provided is a piece of plastic rubbish as is the soap bottle.
Apart from that lot.......
My leader hose was kinked upon arrival but as I had already waited 3 weeks for it to arrive I cracked on. A few months later the area of kink split and water filled my garage (I had to put it in my garage due to complaints from the neighbours about the noise).
Contacted the company and apparently they are out of stock
They offered to send me another pressure washer when I left poor feed back.
I don't want another pressure washer, I just need a link hose. I have suggested opening the box of the new pressure washer they were going to send me and just send me the hose instead. Of course as we are dealing with Americans we can't phone them and it is currently taking 3 days for them to reply to any email.
Wish I'd never bothered! Stick with Karcher!
