This is the worst taxi hire ever, drivers are so rude, customer service even worse. They will keep cutting you off the phone. I booked a taxi at 8:30 for a pickup at 10:00, they didn’t send it taxi, I called them but they were so rude and they also called me stupid

I just had to cancel my pre booked trip for 5.30am today Monday 26 Feb 2024. I booked a car for 5.30 a day before but by 5.24 a car was yet to be dispatched. I called the phone line to let them know I was yet to have a car dispatched for my trip due in 6 minutes and I had a train to catch but the call handler rudely told me I should have booked a car earlier than when I needed it and the driver would arrive later than 5.30. He then proceeded to hang up without an apology. This was so unprofessional and absolutely uncalled for. It is not right to treat your customers in that manner. I definitely will never use Girlington all over again. I hope taxi service owners can invest in customer service training for their call handlers and drivers.

First me and my daughter waited for half an hour for the taxi which is ok.. fine with me.. . And then whilst i was on the taxi , he accepted another customer. (I heard him calling the customer saying that he will be there in 5 minutes) And then later on,he wants me to be leave the car as he need to pick up the other customer.. and telling me coz i paid less when i already paid on their apps.. i always use girlington with the same amount i pay every time. And telling me this.. this taxi driver doesnt treat the customer right. I will report this to the council

The call handlers are THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! You are better off with Uber or even local taxis
My first time using them and the call handler was absolutely rude for no reason. I cancelled my order and opted for Uber.

If I can give them a zero or even a minus that is all they are worth will never tell anyone to used them and will stop other there are better taxi bases out there

Very rude driver and disappointed with the service

Awful service. Don’t waste your money. Drivers and call handlers are rude and disrespectful. Worst service in Bradford your better off using local cars or Uber. They take your money then tell you they can’t find your booking. If you you have an important appointment definitely do not book. On 1 occasion I missed my train to Birmingham from Leeds which cost me £80 no apologies or accountability.

Waited 30 minutes only for the driver to cancel still one minute away claiming I missed the taxi when I was outside waiting.

Tried to book a van to bring my stuff from Leeds. The Operator Ali was so rude and calling people mental. He doesn't even know the a b c of customer service. The firm should get rid of him on ASAP basis. I and family has always used Girlington taxi but no more from now. Because their attitude stinks. I hope they have recorded the conversation it was today at 4:42pm and take action against that illiterate.

Order a taxie from girlington all over this morning at 8.45 am this morning did not turn up so gave them a ring to see where taxie was to be told 10 mins to half and hour by a very rude man told him I would be late for work he did not care and I should of ringed them whats the point of having a app if it no good shame on you girlington taxies.

Told it would be a 10-30 minute wait for taxi. After waiting 40 minutes I gave them a call to see how long it would be to be told another 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes later still no taxi, I ring again, he tells me 5-7 minutes.. 15 minutes later, I ring again and tells me 5 minutes. Obviously very angry at this point I tell him if there’s not going to be a taxi arriving in 5 minutes I need to cancel as I can’t wait any longer. No apology nothing just ‘shall I cancel then’ and puts the phone down before even been able to answer.

want to make a complain about One of your taxi drivers. Everytime when hes picking me up complains that i live on main road which at 11 pm no traffic at all. Im with the heavy bags and he wanted to drop me somewhere around the corner. His job is to pick and drop customer where he wants not where driver wants or what suits for him. No other drivers complain only this guy and always so so rude. If he cant drop customer where he wants he shouldnt be working at all!!! His reg is NL10BFP., grey toyota prius.

This is three times now that I have problems with this Bradford taxi firm
First one the taxi driver scream at me because apparently I was parked in his way
The second time I got the finger because I peep at the car for pulling out dangerously from a road
The third I was coming out of a workplace it was my right of way ,he scream at me called me a b. H and said I can get your car lifted and you don’t know who I’m dealing with he was getting out of the car to come round to my side to do what I will never know cars was peeping behind us
I ring the company he told me to phone back when the owner was their ,they wanted the reg I would get it off the dashcam but unfortunately the cam didn’t record the first couple of minutes so I couldn’t
These taxi drivers serve our communities the rage I saw in that young man that day was frightening,how are the company allowing this ,this wasn’t the first accident nor will it be there last ,
