I bought the Good Guys palette & lipkit after my cousin told me about this makeup brand that does awesome horror themed makeup. I loveeee Chucky and a bold eye and I’m so happy with this palette! The packaging is so cute and high quality & the shadows are stunning! The color payoff is beautiful! I will be purchasing again, please keep the horror collabs coming!

I’ve used the Strawberry Shortcake blush, Ghostface lipstick, and LOTR palette and loved them all! The shadows are easy to blend and I love how many combos I can make. I also really enjoy the details on the packaging. Glamlite always has the cutest products!

I received the LOTR palette as a gift for my birthday and I’m obsessed! I’m a huge fan of LOTR and the packaging on this palette is beyond beautiful. The eyeshadows are so pretty and apply like butter! 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to checkout what else they have in the collection.

I ordered the VIP lip kit bundle and received the cutest lip kits. I appreciate the thought put into the packaging and the formula was just as good.

I bought the Tiffany purse, because I've wanted it for a very long time. Child's Play is one of my favorite horror movies and my Name is Tiffany. I was so excited that it came in the mail today, but when I opened the box there were dead round worms dried out on the chain 🤮😭 never buying again.

I WISH I could leave a ZERO review!!! I have been given the runaround with this order for 2 weeks now! Spent well over $100 and still my order is “awaiting pickup” from UPS! Cust service SUCKS! I’ll definitely be disputing this with my bank! I should have ordered from TikTok shop instead of via the website! No one has complaints from TikTok. But dealing with the company directly is the worse! And this coming from a minority owned business! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Horrible customer service! After numerous follow ups and false information from Glamlite my order still hasn't shipped after two weeks and they've stopped replying to emails.

I ordered two lip kits and a pink bake and translucent powder. It took forever to get here… It took forever to even ship. When I got the products, they look nothing like what they showed online. Two completely different color lip kits, but they look exactly the same on… They look like death! There is no detectable difference between colors!! On top of that the setting powder made my skin itch within minutes of having it on and started making my eyes itch and I had to hurry to rinse it off and apparently they don’t do returns ever!? The customer service is not good and I would never use them again. Buy everywhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered £100 of makeup as a Christmas present for my daughter on 1 December. Was charged for, and assured of, expedited delivery that would take 5 days. Here I am on 27 December with no order. Customer service has been dreadful, and a case logged with Paypal. I have today received an update from UPS notifying that they collected the order from glamlite on the 26th, and are now due to be delivered on the 31st. I’ll believe that when I see it! Will never purchase from this shower of shit again. Buyer beware.

I will never order from your company again because you have horrible customer service and you don't back your products. You can send out products that are half empty most of the time and then because you don't like a bad review you delete it and then block people. Your products belong at the dollar store

The biggest cons! Do not believe people online that are giving them great reviews. I have ordered from them before and had a great experience. This is the first time I have received such poor customer service. 1 month to ship something from la to nc is ridiculous. I suspect that they are selling things they don’t have in stock.

I ordered from this company but it’s took so long to be despatched, I’ve opened a case with PayPal. Please don’t believe the stuff wrote on their website, it seems very suspicious. If you item is sent to the wrong address, damaged or lost. It’s their responsibility to refund you. Your contract is with the seller and their contract is with the delivery company. Please go through PayPal or your bank if they won’t refund you.

I ordered the Fresh Prince palette on 30/07 and it arrived on 07/08 (it was delayed by 1 day when it got to the UK for some reason so it would have come earlier!). It was packaged really well and I am in love with the quality of the eyeshadows! Super easy to blend and the shimmers are incredible too! Definitely will be ordering from here again asap!

These people are giving the KISS brand a bad name..bought ultimate package and still not received tracking false..they do not even respond to emails..total scams..be warned..if you already ordered I suggest getting with your credit card company cause these people are not gonna cooperate in any way!!!!!

Ordered the Betty Boop collection and didn’t receive my package, when I reached out to customer service they verified they sent the package to the wrong address and said to go there and ask for it. Their customer service is terrible. They did not offer to give me a refund or to send me my package. They advised to ask the mailman. So disappointed!
