Received wrong item mistake was corrected immediately

I have many bras from the company and have always found no problems sending them back, the last order i sent back has gone missing since 21/1.
I enquired about it and it was dealt with promptly, no sign of the bra in the warehouse but as one off good will gesture they are paying me my money back.

I placed an order for the Magic Lift Minimizer Bra for the first time. I have been searching for a good bra and I have found it. I love that the website has full figure models! It really helps to see the true fit. The price was amazing. Not lined which I was looking for. Very satisfied customer!!

I bought a few bras to try and kept some and sent some back. The bras I kept were great. I had a query with my refund (I messed up what I sent back) and Customer Service were polite, responsive, honest and true to their word and I got the refund fine. I was really impressed. Will definitely order again and I trust this brand. I'm in the UK.

As it’s a UK return it came up unable to return, however there is a different method for returning from the UK
Bra looked good quality but came up very small ?

Customer service was fabulous! I placed an order and immediately realized that I had it shipped to the incorrect address! I sent an email right away without much hope but Michele came through the next morning and was able to change the address! I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new bra. I am hard to fit but am confident that Glamorize will work!

I made a mistake in the shipping address and immediately called customer service. I spoke with a LIVE person, Michelle, who graciously assisted me to make the change and have my order sent to the correct address. I hope I have no further need for Customer service, however. if I do, I have no doubt that it will be handled in a friendly and efficient manner. Thank you, Michelle

I've been a customer of Glamorise for years now with no issues. With the holiday rush, I ordered some and was worried when u didn't get any updates on is delivery. All I had to do was send an email to express my concern, Bernita got back to me so swiftly, with delivery details, process information. This was such great help, I wish customer service everywhere could really be as soft as this. Thanks Bernita, thanks Glamorise.

I have long been impressed with the quality of the Glamorise Bra’s however the goodness doesn’t stop there. Factor on free shipping, free returns and if UPS claims to have delivered a product and it’s not there, the Glamorise Customer Service team was there to help me work through the issue with a successful response.

Bought 2 bras directly from Glamorise. When I bought them they were incredibly comfortable. However after less than 5 months infrequent wear and hand washing, the elastic support that sits at the bottom of the cup no longer retains its strength to support the bust as it should but rather rolls up on itself biting into my skin very painfully! Have contacted Glamorise to arrange a refund and they have denied it with no reason given!! These are not inexpensive bras and I would have expected a better service and a better experience. Quite shocking!

Glamorise have now commented on here that they never received my return request!! I have 2 emails from them declining my return request, which I can find no problem at all but apparently they can’t!! Convenient eh!!?

I worked with Michelle on a package that was not delivered to my mailbox as it stated that it was.. Michelle was prompt professional and friendly. She got on my case right away. I've always liked the glamour i'se products that I have purchased in the past and will continue to do business with that company.. It's hard to find good customer service anymore and they have gone above and beyond. thank you Michelle

Wow what an amazing bra, I have very large breasts and have tried on and purchased multiple bras, but never found the perfect one until now!!! The magic lift seamless bra will always be my go to bra for infinity, amazing lift and separation, no more unaboob, no more digging into my shoulders, the absolute best bra ever, finally my boobs look good 😊

I would leave a zero review if possible. I ordered a bra from UK as company said it is now in UK. However, they are NOT in UK and I have not received my bra and received pathetic excuses. I want my money back but they will not refund me while an order exists still. This company are a total joke. Do not buy from them if you live in UK as your order never arrives.

I’ve been wearing these bras for a long time and like them very much. They are very comfortable & find sizes & styles I love. However the customer service is lacking. I made an even exchange for a larger size and they charged me more! Adding insult to injury they offered me $5 off my next order but never told me why they charged me more for the EVEN EXCHANGE. And it took a few days to get a response. Not happy with glamorise AT ALL. That was insulting to offer me $5! I’ll have to think about ordering from this company again. NOT GOID BUSINESS!

I can't say enough great things about this bra company!!! They offer quality products, great selection, tons of useful info on their website re sizing, fit, tips, etc. There is no charge for shipping, either on ordering or returns, and they have an extremely generous return policy! They are U.S. based and their customer service is top notch. Yes, I'm serious! I'm a 72 y.o. grandma who has been searching for years to find a company like this and I am SO impressed!

I was searching for a bra that they sold over 20 years ago. Sadly it's discontinued. I purchased something similar but now it's arrived it's not the same. The high back lace effect isn't right for me even though its a lovely bra. Hopefully they will one day bring back my favourite.

UPDATE. worn this bra today and its lovely. Make me feel like I'm not wearing a bra. Nice firm feel. The back is higher than most of my summer tops but for the few hot days UK have I'm not worried. Highly recommend this bra

Sadly the band size was perfect but the cups were too large. I was so disappointed because the bra was very nice. I received an immediate response in my attempt to return it, they even mailed me a return label because I don’t have access to a printer. I highly recommend this company!!
