Terrible after sales service. I ordered the units but no tracking for the delivery, they tried to deliver when I was not there. I cannot get hold of them now and dont know where the units have gone.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience has been poor from start to finish.
I ordered glass which arrived unannounced one day.
The glass supplied was of poor quality and failed almost immediately. I reported the issue straight away and provided photographs, expecting either a replacement or a refund.
This was reported on 6th May and at time of writing on 1st July the issue is still unresolved.
I have spent over two months chasing for updates on what Glass2Go could do to resolve the problem with the glass. I was told a replacement had been found and was on its way after being sent to the wrong depot, but it has never arrived. I then requested a refund, which was ignored, as was a follow-up email to Glass2Go with my formal complaint.
After months of delays, chasing emails and getting nowhere, I still had neither a replacement nor a refund.
Based on my experience, I wouldn't use Glass2Go again or recommend them.

Ordering was straightforward and entering the glass dimensions was easy. The only issue was that delivery took about a week longer than originally estimated. Customer service did respond emails within 24h, however no option to talk over phone. Overall, a good experience, but delivery times could be improved.

Workman for this company is totally thoughtless for the other people living in the area glued an advert or contact details to the main door of our block of flats . Strange as it may seem doors are not advertising billboards . Surely you don’t do that to everyone’s house when you replace windows ?!!! Bad reputation if they do. I came home to find a sticker on the main door of our building. It's a small sticker but it will encourage other eejits to do the same. !!! Don’t know what glue was used but it has bubbled & defaced the paintwork. I tried to contact company directly but messaged surprise surprise failed to send and their email address is only for orders. Red flag to anyone thinking of using this company . Thankfully I didn’t.

I ordered a replacement double glazing unit for a PVC Window, the delivery timescale was longer than I required so I asked whether they could deliver it earlier, which they did! The unit arrived, with all dimensions correct and fitted perfectly, all good, no fuss, thank you for the great service. (I will now monitor how long the unit lasts in our south facing window which can get very hot in the summer!)

Biggest scam on line at the moment avoid avoid avoid.
Can only echo all the other 1 star reviews.
I think this company is folding fast

Ordered hasn’t been delivered at all.
Looks like currier tried to counterfeit my signature and dumped my glass in some alley.
Ghosted by management and office staff after assuring me “they will investigate “

Glass was exactly to spec and have fitted most of it without issue. Delivery was not so good. Was told I would be contacted on the 19th (of May), but instead, the glass was just delivered. Left outside on a very rainy day, which didn't do the taping much good!

Avoid if you can. Really poor execution of what I thought was a simple order. The website fails to inform you that a third party are going to have to manufacture the units and so the 3-12 day delivery promise is pointless. I had to push for any information and waited 3 weeks for answers. They then only delivered 2 of the 3 units I ordered and now 2 weeks on I'm still waiting.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is clearly struggling. We are still waiting for an order, they do not get back to us and the phone is never answered. Multiple messages and emails have been left but we are being ignored. We will update our review if we are answered and our order is complete but in the meantime, we are contacting our bank to retrieve the payment.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a glass unit on 21/02/26 it was delivered to my next door neighbour who at the time didn’t no my name as I’d just moved in. No notification from glass 2 go it had been delivered so it sat next door for a week before I contacted them asking where it was, when I finally went to fit the unit I realised it had been made 40mm to short in the width. After two weeks of trying to contact them via phone and email I finally managed to speak to someone called Dan who assured me the unit would be re-made as it was there mistake. I am still waiting for the replacement unit! It’s now 16 weeks since my original order and despite numerous emails and phone calls which are a waste of time as no one ever answers, my order still remains incomplete. They’ve got my money though don’t worry about that. So if anyone from glass 2 go actually reads this which I doubt please feel free to contact me because it’s absolutely impossible to contact you. Awful company- do not use

I’ve been waiting for my order for over 4 weeks with no communication as to where my order is or when I will receive it. I have rang, sent emails and posted on their social media as to where my order is. Still no reply. Please send your money elsewhere. 1 star is generous…

I chased these cowboys up 3 times with BS excuse every time. I made a claim back from my card company in the end. You have been warned....

Avoid this company!
Still waiting for my order 4 weeks after expected delivery. Emails ignored and no answer to phone calls. From digging around I see I'm not alone with many others in a similar position. Bunch of cowboys! Now onto Trading Standards. My advice - use a credit card to make your purchase, at least you'll get your money back.

I ordered a single piece of glass on the 28th April 2026 and have still not received the item. I first chased on 13th May and was told that the delivery was delayed because of protests in London but then told on the 19th May that the item was delivered to the wrong address on the 13th May. Since then I have had no updates. No one responds to email messages or answers the phone. Its been over a Month since I placed the order.

Frankly this company feels like a scam amd should be avoided at all costs. If you are unfortunate to already be dealing with Dan Pickering then good luck!

shocking company, they operate a numbers game and you are just a profit.. IF you are lucky then you MAY be ok., but if there is a problem then they will not fix it.. I waited 5 weeks plus (and still waiting), delivery company broke glass in transit (happens), but only after 4 week wait for manafacture in the first place (twice as long as quoted), they do not like answering their phone lines or responding to emails, very rude manager (Dan), does not care about customer experiance, with him EVERYTHING is someone elses fault.. they simply will not refund as "its delivery company fault".. no responce at all from them now after complaint .. several emails, 40+ phone calls, paypal case opened to try to get money back.. better response from delivery company direct.. at least they offered a sincere apology avoid this rip off company

Ordered 3 double glazed unit, one was cracked replacement ordered, nearly a month on still no sign of replacement unit. No response to my emails,such a disappointing customer support.
