I checked out as a guest and panicked a bit because I didn't get an order number on screen. However a week passed (I had express shipping) and I received my order! They're cute and perfect sized for my face. The colour is good as well and matches the online image (I got Rose Gold). I'm leaving a positive review because I am satisfied with the quality of the lenses I have received.

I have been trying to get hold of anyone from this company - multiple emails have been sent and tried to call their customer service number but NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Highly disappointed. If no one responds within a week from now, I will file a claim to my bank so I can get a refund and will report them as fraudulent.

I have purchased several pairs of glasses and have fallen in love with the website! I love the prices and like to have a different pairs of glasses that meets my particular style.

They are a great company, I have bought many glasses from them no issues at all. Had some ordering problems, but they don’t we do it very affectively. As I was buying from the UK delivery did take a long time, but I did not mind and was able to wait. I will continue to buy glasses from them and recommend it to all my friends

I put in an order and after 3 weeks I have heard nothing. I have tried many times to get in touch with their team and have received no replies. Seems like a scam and i'm very disappointed.

I ordered glasses online and they were HUGE. They looked adorable in their picture but when they got here they were bulky and seriously stretched from like half way to the top of my forehead, down to the bottom my cheek bone. Like 2/3 of my face was swallowed by these gigantic glasses. I thought, no problem, I’ll just return them, or swap for a different pair. NOPE! I bought my glasses for $30ish plus tax and shipping. They told me the best they could do was give me $12 IN STORE CREDIT (they said it was the cost of production for the frames), but it couldn’t be used for lenses or shipping, only applicable to a new set of frames. So essentially, if I wanted to get new glasses, I’d have to spend even more money. I’m order to cover the rest of the frames, plus taxes and shipping. That would just be funneling money into a company that I already learned I didn’t like. The most upsetting thing is that I’D have to pay the cost of shipping the other glasses back OUT OF POCKET. In exchange for what, a discount on their already bad quality glasses???

Do NOT use glasses lit. Try zenni instead.

Although I was very excited for my order and am still very excited for my order. I’ve become a little disappointed in regard to the communication I’ve been receiving from this company. When initially purchasing my glasses It was a natural reflex of mine to want an email confirmation of my purchase from this company seeing as I just paid them money and never got that and still haven’t gotten it. About 3 days after my purchase I received an email saying that they had concerns about the pd value I had given, I provided them with the requested information immediately and had to wait another three days after that to get a response from them stating that they would start processing my order immediately once I clarified that my PD number was correct, once again I did that immediately so they could begin to process my order. I asked in terms of the amount of day’s what does immediately mean in terms of how long it will take you to process my order. I was not given an answer I was told that there might be delays because of the holiday, which is now frustrating since I’ve paid $20 in express shipping to get my order in a certain amount of time and it hasn’t even been processed because of the lack communication I’ve been getting from this company. I am extremely disappointed and probably won’t be coming back after I get my order. I send emails through websites chat almost daily and never get a response.

Not a chance in hell that I would ever order from glasseslit again. Frames are more narrow than described, prescription not accurate, poor return policy. When you contact them about the crappy product, they seem to negotiate over at least 10 emails, and then change their mind, so no agreement is reached. It seems like a stall tactic. Save your money, shop elsewhere. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star.

I love love love my glasses. Every pair I've gotten has been a conversation piece.

I loved my new glasses! It was very easy to order, the only thing I would say is that I wish it was faster shipping. That’s what happens when you get used to prime membership with Amazon, you want 2 day everything. I didn’t mind waiting because they were very cute glasses. I get compliments all the time!

TBH, this company is absolutely a joke. I've updated, emailed, left voicemails for assistance for my order(s) yet no one has been of any help.

Glasses look amazing, delivery time was as expected and you honestly can’t beat that price!
