Didn't send tracking info, when chased told me not shipped (was outside for 3+ weeks)
Didn't send tracking info, I emailed multiple times to chase..... then they told me it wasn't en route; then they did. Then they told me it had been delivered (3+ weeks ago). It was left outside in a box under a lid, I'd never have found it. Asked for a discount - did not provide. Bad customer experience vs. any other website.

As our customer team noted in their response to you, the tracking information was sent to your email address the day after your order was placed. Occasionally our emails can end up in junk folders, so we're sorry if this did end up happening.
Having looked back over our correspondence with you, we can't see where it was noted that your order wasn't en route so apologies if any of our replies gave you that impression.
We also want to reiterate our apologies that your order was left in a box without your consent. Regrettably the handling of parcels is outside of our control and the courier is responsible for providing this information upon delivery.
