Poor quality clothing
Bought a Cardigan recently from Glassons (less then 2 months ago) after a second wash on gentle cycle a hole appeared in the stitching. Contacted Glassons for a resolution and received a robot response along the lines of 'you have not followed our instructions and we're unable to assist...'. Who the hell is washing their cardigans by hand out here? Clothes should not fall apart after a SECOND wash. Items should last a reasonable amount of time as per the consumer guarantee act (CGA).
I've recently chucked away a Cardigan I purchased from Glassons almost 15 years ago. Too bad the company is skimping on quality now.
Least to say I won't be ever purchasing from Glassons again.
Queenstown…
visited the store in Queenstown multiple times and my friends and I were appalled at the lack of customer service skills. There was a worker right by the door as we walked in, she looked at us, and didn't greet us or even smile. As we continued our shop none of the employees acknowledged us or made an effort to help us in any way. Every other Glassons store has wonderful service, disappointing to see that the store in quite possibly the busiest town where customer service is vital, do a terrible job at the basics.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, especially outside of AU since they make exchanges and returns a pain. I've had multiple instances where I've wanted to return or exchange items as well because all items fit weird and aren't true to size. Sizing is extremely inconsistent so you never know what you're getting.

The quality of their clothing is continuing to deteriorate markedly each year.
Brought two $19 bikini tops for summer and after 3 days beach wear (total 9 hours) I have to contend with being repeatedly stabbed in the chest from the exposed underwires.
WONT be buying there again.

Love love LOVE this shop! I’ve been shopping glassons for a while in stores but I’ve always been hesitant to shop anything online. However, ever since the lockdown happened I tried to see what it was the online store was like and I think it’s payed out really well. Everything is clear - the shipping and pricing. I accidentally had the wrong order come through and emailed them to let them know and they responded very quickly. They were helpful and the issue was sorted out with ease. I saw a few comments saying it overpriced and overhyped but I think, in comparison to some other stores like princess Polly, the prices aren’t that bad. I’ve never had problems with their quality either so it’s best to make your own judgment on that aspect.

Overpriced and overhyped
To be honest, the shipping returns and clothing are great. The clothes are somewhat cheap. I tried on a shirt for $30 and it was so thin, and it was not meant to be sheer. Overpriced and overhyped.

Today I visited Glasson store located in DFO Homebush, Sydney. I was upset with the way I was treated by a staff member. She was wearing a black knit dress. I was there with 2 of my friends looking at some clothes and suddenly a rude voice came up saying “put the clothes in the counter if you don’t want it don’t just leave it anywhere”. At first excuse me!! I wasn’t the one to leave those clothes in that area and I believe it is her job to organise the store not costumer’s. It wouldn’t even take long for her to just take the cloth from that area or humbly ask first before commenting unknowingly. She is not supposed to give orders to the customer for keeping things in its place. It never happened in any other places. The tone of her voice was rude for sure and I felt really bad.
At last I thanked her for her good service and she thanked me back which was hilarious... not happy!!

Got given some shorts from Glassons as a Christmas gift and basically, they were a size L when I'm a size S, little mistake. Anyways, I went to try and return or exchange the shorts and no I didn't have the tag but I did have the receipt. I was rudely turned away at two different stores and I contacted customer support to ask if literally anything can be done and they also just said "Nope, sorry. Bye x". I don't know about anyone else but this is pretty ridiculous. Customer service is appalling.

I have always been impressed with the glassons quality and shipping, everytime I order something it comes within 2 days and I always get notified when it is expected to come. Personally I don’t like going in store and shopping as I do find some workers quite snobby but other then that the quality is always good for the price and sizing is true!
Customer service for returns is nightmarish
Customer service for returns is ridiculous!!!! First of all, the USPS for the zip code of the return address held my package multiple days before delivering.....and I had paid $18 in return postage!!! (not Glassons fault, but buyer beware). Also note, no free returns!!!! Two weeks after the package WAS delivered, I still had no credit back to my account. Upon email to them inquiring when to expect the credit, they wanted to know the order number and each item returned. Now, when you return the clothing, you have to complete return forms which guess what....have your order number and details of each item returned. They gave some ridiculous excuse of the warehouse being in Australia so they needed this. Well, you return everything to Miami. Anyway, after recreating the wheel, they now claim my refund is in process. Can't wait to see how they screw up the amount. I'm fully prepared for yet another round. All I can say is you know those inept people you went to school with who you wondered how on earth they'd ever earn a living? I know who they work for.
Delivery Nightmare not worth buying
For 2 days I have been speaking to DHL and keep getting excuses why they can't deliver. Glassons never put the Apt. # on the ticket. You call Glassons customer service is you send an email and there is a recording and you can't talk to someone. Terrible Terrible customer service, The clothes may be nice but not the H\hassell of trying to get a package and nowhere to complain, or speak to a human.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
I purchased a size 6 jeans for my daughters birthday online but it was the wrong size sbd took it back to the Manuka store in Auckland where I was treated like a criminal. All the tags were on, jeans were returned a week.later with receipt but the store ladies said it was damaged. Jeans had neutrino on. Worst most upsetting experience and atrocious customer service. Will never shop there again. I am so disappointed abd disgusted with this store as I have been a very loyal Glassons shopper.
Really great quality for the price
Really great quality for the price. I love their mid new and improved styles which has kept me going back. Fast delivery and all packaged nicely!
Terrible and irresponsible customer service
Terrible and irresponsible customer service. I sent in clothes for an exchange and they did not know they received it until I emailed them a month later. By that time, the sizes that I needed were sold out. They said they could return the one I sent in, but later told me that had been sold out also. When I asked a full refund, they only gave me a partial refund. I am so upset. I spent so much on shipping, more than the item is worth. I am never buying from them again. I want my full refund.
Avoid- Phishing for ID
AVOID and don't give card details. First asked for photos of credit card, then asked for photos of ID of a 15 year old daughter. Very suspicious for a $50 purchase. Suspect someone is Phishing for ID to use at a later point.
Will definitely order again
Everything fit me perfectly! I am so happy with everything I got (just like pictures)! priced are very good and it also shipped within 4 days. This company is also very ethical with how their clothing is made. Will order again!

All my experiences with Glassons liverpool have been lovely so far - Ive ordered two products over the past month to be sent to their store for me as their location is closest for travel. They are lovely and always accommodating , however Id like to throw out a special mention to Sonja at Liverpool that I spoke to over the phone today Friday 5/6/20 - i had called the store an hour before but only received basic help which only got me half way about my queries on a certain pair of black corduroy shorts they stock - when i called back querying about fit as im short with an hourglass figure and asking about finding a size 6 she immediately told me in detail about the fit to make sure it suited my style and found a store that possibly stocked it , took my details, and gave me a call back 2 minutes later to inform she had ordered them to the store for my convenience - im very happy and waiting for their delivery so i can try and buy them
