Quality and style of product are a very high quality, we had a 2 door bio folding grey with integral grey blinds, ran into an issue when fitting but 1 phone call, Glass openings eager to help and so simple to resolve, absolutely love them, a quality product at a reasonable price

We are very pleased with the service we had from Glass Openings in the midst of the pandemic. The delivery window slipped a bit but understandable. The product is excellent quality and the sales process straight forward. Would certainly recommend them to friends and have done to family.

My anthracite bifold doors arrived scratched, and the door frame was also missing paint and scratched through what looked like poor handlings the factory. Taken nearly 2 weeks to get a replacement and still not arrived. Meanwhile I have a hole in my house with the cold and damp coming through for 2 weeks. I’ve also lost out financially because I’m having to pay builders to fit/remove/fit and to also stand around all day waiting for doors to arrive that did not arrive. I would not use this company again

I was recommended by my builder to order my bifold doors from Glass Openings. Little worried as it’s a lot of money to pay on the internet for an item. I need not have been they were fantastic. So pleased with them. Would recommend you have the fitted blinds.Really lovely helpful polite staff. They came when they said they would. Thank you Glass Openings would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic, was nervous about ordering off eBay but 2 sets of bi-fold doors arrived on time and great quality. Down loaded the installation manual from their website, easy to follow and easy to install. Well done team one happy customer!

I bought and installed bi-fold doors from Glass openings and they were great. All operating perfectly. But, unfortunately I was missing one of the door stay magnet backplates. I have requested several times for a replacement backplate, but I have had no reply to date!

I got my 3 pane bifold from glass openings and I have to say I have received an excellent service and a quality product. Discussed my order and got advice from Jack who answered all my questions and offered suggestions which really helped me choose the right door. The product is a quality product. The price they offered beat anyone else by a mile. And finally the fitting service they provided was spot on all followed with a call back after some time to ask if the product was ok and if we needed any help. I have recommended them to friends and relatives and can say I received an excellent service and excellent aftercare.

I write this review 2 years after purchasing my bifold doors and I can tell you that every step has been amazing.

When I ordered, I had so many questions and all of them where answered clearly. I was even shown different styles and Sam was really involved with what will suit my needs best.

My bifold doors are used almost every day especially in the summer and they still feel as new as the first day.

A few weeks ago, I emailed them regarding a query on how to clean and maintain the doors and they responded with an instant email and a phone call to see how I got on.

Order placed 31 August for 4 panel bifold doors duo colour grey/white and integral blinds. Doors installed 20 October - and they are amazing - quality is excellent - price even better. Smoothness of the glide is excellent - but they are new - doors are about 1 mtr each so lets in a lot of light which is what we wanted - I would say if you can go for it and Glassopenings prices are absolutely amazing not expensive but quality is not compromised at all.
John the installer did an amazing job and Jack on phone was a pleasure to deal with.
