There was a slight hiccup at the start, but Tony was professional throughout, maintaining great communication and resolving any issues quickly. Everyone who attended our home was professional and courteous. The final outcome is fantastic—I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I would 100% recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I was so impressed with this company. I contacted Glazing solutions to enquire about two glass panels in my front door that I have wanted replacing for 20 years since we moved in! I had been told by several people that I would have to replace the whole door but to my delight Jonathon came out swiftly to have a look and within a few weeks the panels were replaced. The level of communication from start to finish was excellent (thank you Tracy!) and I found them a really pleasant company to deal with. There was a minor issue with one of the glass panels after the job was completed and it was sorted with minimum hassle immediately. A pleasure to deal with such a professional and competent local company. Can't recommend them enough.

Glazing Solutions installed bi-fold doors in our kitchen last year. The initial consultation really helped us with our decision on which type to install and the follow-up was excellent. The installation team were polite and professional and also very quickly repaired a small issue with the locking system. Overall I was very impressed with the service and would happily recommend them.

We have just had a front door installed which we absolutely love. The service from enquiry to installation was great. We visited the showroom a couple of times too which was very clean and welcoming.

The door designer tool was great too !

Very quick and efficient service. I ordered a front door not expecting it before xmas, but not only was it available but also fitted by the most charming helpful fitter who was a pleasure to make coffee for!

Johnathan and team have been great to work with. We're embarking on a few stages of replacing old Critall windows. They have been responsive, we feel the windows and work are well priced. Our first set of windows are in, and they look great.

From the first meeting right up to installation I found Glazing Solutions very professional and personable. They were very helpful in the way they advised me on doorglass to give me maximum light but ensure privacy. I was kept updated throughout and installation was very neat and with no mess. I’m very happy with my door and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, especially being a local company.

So, i had an estimate for 2 Bay windows and a front door from a well known company and nearly fell off my chair at the extortionate price, the rudeness and incredibly pushy tactics of the "gentleman" I allowed into my home from said company 😡.

I decided to look for a local company and am so happy I found these guys. Right from the first phone call, I have been treated with politeness, respect, helpfulness and constant updates and communication. I was advised and shown images of how things would look so that I could make informed decisions about how I would proceed AND the price was very close to half of the well known company.
The guy who fitted the windows and doors was a incredibly hard working and meticulous with everything he did and was a really nice chap.
I was advised that although every effort would be made not to damage interior wallpaper it often couldn't be avoided, but I am delighted that the excellent work of the fitter ensured that not a scrap of paper was damaged.

We had a stone flick up from the lawn mower and struck the conservatory window. Called Glazing Solutions and they responded quickly and gave us a reasonable estimate. Job completed 3 weeks later due to availability of glass. At all times it has been a pleasure to deal with these guys. Polite, helpful, informative and reassuring and work done to very high standard.
