Experienced an immediate improvement
I have been using GLC for 2 years. I was suffering from arthritis of the knees which were both bone on bone. I was sceptical as I’d tried glucosamine before with no effect.
I was so surprised but very happy to feel a noticeable improvement within only a couple of weeks. I was able to bend my knees where previously I’d been unable to which made things like sitting down much less painful.
I subsequently had both knees replaced and stopped taking them as a pre op requirement only to find other joints were becoming painful including my shoulders and hips but I was really suffering with my hands and elbow. So as soon as allowed I resumed the GLC and can confirm I am pain free and very happy about that. I have on occasion missed a day and my elbow immediately lets me know so in general I am pretty disciplined with my daily dose. I mean who wants to be in pain when you don’t have to be.
I continue to recommend these to anyone who tells me they have joint pain. I will be taking these for the foreseeable no question about it!

Didnt work for me…
I was bombarded by adverts for this expensive joint supplement. All reviews were positive. They particularly noted how it improved knee mobility. As a sufferer of early knee arthritis, I decided to give it a go. Of course, it didn't work, but what more surprising, is that my very honest review about my experience is nowhere to be seen on social media and the ad bombardment has stopped. Hope my review sticks on here.

Still trying it, nothing to report as yet. Patent number on bottle needs updating to include the letters also.
Incorrect patent number on bottle. Not full patent number including letters, which really should be placed on the bottle so anyone can search it properly.
Early to tell yet, so will continue until the bottle runs out to review again.
