Whilst they have redeeming qualities. I unfortunately can’t commend a site that falsely advertises their processing times. Many instances on their site of the claiming instant or very quick withdrawals. Yet they don’t process them on weekends and their supports response to me raising this has been nothing short of woeful.
The gaslighting is real with them, they try tell me that by instant they mean once they process it which could take 24 hours it’s then sent to the external payment processor instantly. Like seriously that’s what we are going with? Obviously once you’ve processed it, it’s instant and clearly that’s not what interments is referring to.
They also coy and paste the same thing a million times which is support has no bearing on payments which is their way of blocking any escalation of these lies to
Another department or it’s the support team knowing they are in the wrong but are trying to obfuscate.

Not giving 5 stars, because of how tournament rewards work here. They're not credited automatically. My last winning of 125 EUR for a daily tournament in December was not credited at all.
I still recommend!! Hoping Glitchspin will solve that soon.

Decent site, but withdrawals took a while
I used GlitchSpin earlier this year and overall the experience was mixed.
I signed up with the welcome bonus and made a small deposit. I managed to complete the wagering requirements and ended up with a balance of around €140. When I went to withdraw, I found out that the welcome bonus had a max cashout limit, so only €100 was paid out and the rest was forfeited. This wasn’t hidden, but it was still a bit disappointing in practice.
Verification was required before the withdrawal. I uploaded my passport and a proof of address, and this part went fairly smoothly. KYC was approved in about a day and a half, but after that it still took another couple of days before the money actually arrived in my Skrill account.
I contacted live chat while waiting for the withdrawal. The agents were friendly, but the answers were quite generic and I didn’t really get a clear timeframe, just that withdrawals are processed in order.
On the positive side, the site worked fine technically and the slot section was solid. Still, between the withdrawal limits and the processing time, the overall experience felt average rather than great.
