Great service overall, would use again
Communication was clear enough and the service on the day was great. We booked an airport transfer from East London to Gatwick, it was also an early morning pickup. Their communication on WhatsApp was responsive and we were given the drivers details 30 mins before he arrived. The driver was only running a few mins late but still reached out to give us a heads up. The car easily fit our luggage and was very comfortable. The driver was very polite and loaded/unloaded or heavy suitcases too. All in all a great experience, the only minor thing I'd say is that we were told we would be sent the driver's details a hour before departure but I had to ask for this. Very minor complaint on what overall was great service from Great Britain Cars (booked via Airport Taxi Transfers).

Heathrow transfer
Really good service had a problem with our cases not turning up at Heathrow but driver waited until it was sorted out. The driver was really good and drove safely would have no problem recommending this company.

The service is tailored to personal needs. We are a family of 5 with 8 suitcases. Spent 3 days on the popular ride apps looking for transportation from Princeton NJ to JFK airport NY. It was becoming a nightmare, as our only option would have been to order two separate XL rides, which would have cost us almost $600. I went back to the old way of internet searching and came across Global Airport Taxi. Signed up and entered my needs and surprisingly, the quote was less than $340. This is less than 24 hours to our journey. The driver arrived on time, helped us with our luggage and the journey was smooth. Highly appreciated

The booking process was really straightforward, WhatsApp messages checking that the booking details were correct and on the day we had a message telling us the name of the driver, vehicle reg etc.
As this was for a booking at 2.45AM we wanted a reliable service.
Our driver was helpful and polite and the car was immaculate.
