Avast subscription. Super easy, low cost, great service
My Avast premium security package was up for renewal through Avast and I found it to be overly pricy. After attempting to negotiate a lower subscription cost with them, and with little resolve, I looked to Global ESD. Being a retailer of Avast I found their price of subscription to be amazingly low. After corresponding on chat I found it remarkably easy to sign up and the rep was amazing. He gave me a call after subscribing to walk me through the download and install. Super kind and easy to understand.

I had a small problem downloading and activating. My own fault. I got it done. But I even received a phone call from Global ESD to see if I needed any help. Excellent customer service as far as I'm concerned.

Great response - Needed help installing the software and…
Needed help installing the software and they were very responsive. Tried to reach me numeorus times, as I was on the road traveling, which was very much appreciated. Finally connected and tech was very helpful. Now I am all connected and functional again.
