Avoid them at all cost!!! Scammers! I booked my flight Saturday to fly out on Monday, got an email saying is is all ok, then later that I need to confirm to book this flight. They called me that is true but it was night time and my phone was switched off. Then they said they can't do Monday, just Tuesday and I have to pay an additional £150. I told them no, they said £70. I declined this too, and they said I'll have a ticket for Wednesday. The ticket never arrived despite promising it for 6PM then 10AM next day etc. They're communicative via WhatsApp and very polite. I had a day until flight an they said my ticket will arrive in 24-48 hrs. I called my bank and spoke to the fraud team. I requested a refund and told them the fraudulent team was monitoring my account-they went quiet. My pending transaction was declined and the money was never taken. So be careful people.

SCAM. I strongly advise steering clear of this company. I booked flights to Thailand in September 2025 for a trip scheduled in March 2026 and was assured that I would receive my tickets by October. However, the tickets never arrived, despite numerous emails and phone calls—half of which went completely unanswered. In January 2026, they promised me a refund, but failed to deliver on that commitment as well. The situation escalated to the point where HSBC's fraud team had to get involved. Global Flight Catchers claimed they had issued the tickets within 24 hours, yet they were unable to provide any proof. Fortunately, after months of frustration, I finally recovered my money through HSBC's chargeback process in mid-May 2026. Based on my experience, I urge others to avoid using their services.

We booked some flights to travel from Manchester to Tokyo (with 1 stop at Doha). We found out by accident 3-4 weeks before were due, that the trip was cancelled by the flight company Qatar airways, due to the war situation.

Qatar airways couldn't do anything as the flights were booked by the third party company Global Flight Catchers.

We first contacted the Global Flight Catchers sales team via WhatsApp, (April bank holiday weekend) and were advised to wait 24 hours. Since then, despite allowing additional time due to the weekend and bank holiday, we did not received any response. We attempted again after one week, via chat and the answer was the same, to wait 24hours again but no one replied without any update. After this, we left few messages on the chat for them to reply us back by email and they never contacted us.

This lack of communication was very concerning, especially given that our travel plans were directly affected and he had to book again different flights.

It's been 5 weeks since the first time we contacted them and they said to wait 24h and they still never contact us back at all.

We had to scalate the matter to our bank as we have been charged for some flights that were cancelled and never rebooked or refunded.

My advice... Never book with this third party company.

The price and service was amazing although response was slow but Sara has been there for all my query

Just booked two business class tickets from USA to UK and made a spelling mistake on one of the last names.

When I tried to fix it and became very concern that this may all be a scam as no one would respond to their on line help system or email. So I called 347-801-8535 and I tried to cancel the flights to rebook correctly within 15 minutes of the booking and was told I could not cancel the flights.

If they fix the spelling and send my tickets with the ability to select the seats I will change this rating. But for right now I think I just got scammed, they have terrible customer service. Finger crossed.

I RECIEVED EMAIL CONFORMATION THEN ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING THEY HAD TRIED TO CONTACT ME - THEY HADNT - AND I NEEDED TO CALL TO CONFIRM THE BOOKKNG.
THE LINK ON THE EMAIL TO THE WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE CALLED 20 TIMES AND NOONE IS ANSWERING PHONE- THE CALL IS BEING STOPPED. NO COMPANY MESSAGE OR HOLD SOUND.
I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK. PLEASE DONT RISK IT!!!

My wife made a booking and was immediately in touch with an agent who advised our tickets were only standby. We paid an additional £1000 to get a fixed ticket and extra for seat selection. Despite being issued etickets we were told the airline would not release seating yet. After dozens of telephone and email exchanges and dealing with multiple agents our issues have still not been addressed. We regret using this agency! BE CAREFUL!

I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EMAILING with the same damn response, airline have to refund first , 2 weeks then 3 weeks then next month.

To date 7 weeks later I've still not had my refund. Bunch of thieves. Do not tell me you are transparent, I would love to post all the emails you have sent to me and show how much lies you all say. And you are stealing people's money

So no I do not understand cause I haven't received my refund .....

They Canceled my flight and now no one can contact me regarding my refund. When I call to ask about it, they hang up on me. I al currently I out of $1358 and not able to get any response from them.

They never booked the flight that was paid for months in advance. Been at least 40 working days since the refund has been requested and nothing. No reply to any emails, the phone calls get dropped more often than not. Scammy. Stay away, book directly with an airline. Will need to get lawyers involved at this stage. Stay away!

Terrible customer service. Made whole experience very stressful. Honestly rude and unhelpful. No planning or consistency. Never call back when they say. Pointless arranging time. Also terrible signal in the call center location and very hard to understand

I BUY Ticket on line on 16th January 2026 for Edinburgh to Lahore Returned Tickets For 2 Persons. IN There website I Read The Price of Tickets And Luggage 40 kg Include. They Didn't send me the eticket. I send them,email .They reply my email your tickets is not confirmed.
I phone again and ask them ,why you didn't send me eticket, I paid you all amount. I send them email, if you didn't refund my money, in 24 hours I informed my bank and police and also put Review in Trustpolit. Next day they email me we Refund your money in 24 hours.
So,I got my money back,but everyone be carefull to buy the tickets from these company. After you paid,They gave you BIG Shock.

I have booked flights in November sent details back then no ref number BA flights for April . Have sent 2 emails 1 online message and 2 phone calls to ascertain when I will get tickets or ref to go into booking and no response keep getting fobbed off that I’ll get a call back it’s an easy answerable question not happy
After finally receiving a e-ticket with a reference I contacted American Airlines where I was told they could see a booking but it was not verified. I have asked the company to verify after they are asking me for more money for baggage as I am not convinced I am getting these tickets and I fly in April. Today 6/2 I checked the booking ref and the flights have been cancelled! Have sent email and if no response within 24 hours will be contacting my bank for a refund!

This is absolutely legit scammer. Do not trust on this company. Your booking will be confirmed after that you will not receive the E ticket. They are scamming you. They just want to get your money and they will make excuses. the ticket is expensive now you need to pay more money so we can confirm your ticket blah blah do not trust police already on the way.
