Very impressed with the very fast delivery of my EIN. I was promised 3weeks but got it under 1 week which is outstanding. I barely give reviews, but I am doing this because of the outstanding service I received.

Ben and his team did a great job with our EIN, Business banking and ITIN. Their communication was clear and they always responded in a very timely manner

The bare minimum, pretty bad service, although it does the job. I got my account, so the service fills its primary purpose. Here's all the bad stuff:

They waited until I had to do the initial funding, long after I paid their fees, to tell me that the initial funding must be done from a US account. So to open an account with them, you need to already have a US account. And they told me this at the last minute although I had told them very clearly that I was in a hurry. And they declined to help by doing the initial funding themselves from their own US account and billing me for it.

They had computer problems that delayed everything. I had to insist for them to process things by hand since they couldn't do it with their broken site (broken for more than 2 days). I wasted my time in several retries.

They several times ignored important questions I asked by email.

When they received the card, which I don't need, they insisted to send it to me by DHL. 65 euros to send a card.

Overall, bad service. But kind of does the job.

Today I can confidently say that I used Global Jay to help a family friend of mine who had a US LLC and needed to open a US Business Bank account in order to get their Merchant account. However, with COVID-19 they couldn’t travel to the states to do it on their own and they didn’t know what requirements they had to have completed before hand either. Global Jay and the amazing help of Ben Behrouz, made this complicated and extremely difficult process so easy and so smooth. He explained everything to us every step of the way, and he was completely honest and transparent about the delays due to COVID-19 and explained up front that he could get it done but there would be a longer processing time than normal. We trusted him and we are so thankful we did! I recommend his service to all foreign entrepreneurs looking to open a real US physical business bank account for their US business. Worth every penny honestly especially during these tough times where travel is limited. Don’t be fooled by these cheap knock off services other sites offer either. Global Jay all the way!

I’ve been looking for a way to open a Bank Account in the US for about a year. Everywhere I looked, they said it was impossible unless I travel personally to the US. This year, I was planning to do it until Corona hit. That’s when I found Global Jay. I contacted them a couple of times and talked to them via Zoom. At first I was very skeptical and weary, I didn’t want to be scammed and lose my money, but I really needed the account in order to receive payments in USD. So a couple of months ago, I took a leap of faith and moved forward with them. Ben Behrouz has been working with me ever since. We’ve had communication since day 0, he has answered all of my questions, and he has delivered top quality service. There are some details that I think could be improved, but I’m very picky and I’m usually a hard customer, so I won’t go too deep into that. In general terms, they delivered what they promised. I have my personal bank account, I got my debit card, I’m receiving payments, and I’m sending money abroad. For this, 5 stars for you. Thank you very much, Ben, I highly appreciate your help.
