1 Star - False Claims of Authorisation Cost Me $100K & 3 Amazon Accounts from my personal experience.

We purchased $35,000 worth of inventory from Global Mart Wholesale specifically because they claimed to be an "officially authorised distributor" and promised full support with Amazon authenticity issues + suspensions.

Reality: All 3 of our Amazon accounts were suspended after selling their inventory. Amazon requested standard verification documents: supplier invoices, Letter of Authorization (LOA), and proof of supply chain from the brand or authorized distributor.

Global Mart Wholesale refused to provide ANY of these. Their response: "these are secret documents and we can’t help providing these documents."

Result:
- $35K inventory stuck in Amazon warehouses
- ∼$65K in disbursements frozen across 3 accounts
- All 3 accounts still suspended months later
- Total loss: $100,000+

If you are truly an authorized distributor, providing an LOA and verifiable invoices is basic business practice. Refusing to do so after accounts get suspended due to YOUR inventory is unacceptable.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Do NOT risk your Amazon or Walmart business with this company. Their claims of being "authorised" are meaningless if they won't back it up when you need it most.

There are scammers. They scammed us by promising a refund but never provided it. We have been trying to contact them continuously, but they are not responding to our emails and are also not picking up our calls.

Do not buy from them. They will take your money and then stop responding or contacting you.

These guys are great to work with, have been doing business with them for a while now and the service overall has always been solid

Saved my amazon account by securing a brand authorization for me. Although the process took a while but they remained transparent and professional throughout. I appreciate their dedication and would recommend them to serious online sellers.

Don’t order from them. They sell counterfeit products, they have no proof that they get products from brand directs. They claim to be 24/7 online call/customer service, but they don’t pick up or return calls

False again, I asked for a refund due to your product being counterfeit according to Amazon not because I couldn’t sell. I don’t appreciate slander. All I’ve got from my assistant is that you have sent a LOA from global mart authorizing my business to sell the product, but it’s got denied on Amazon. My account has been deactivated and problems arise ever since I purchased wholesale from global mart whole…I haven’t got an update that the product was received/acquired from the actual brand direct and that’s what I’ve been waiting for, but you guys are just delaying constantly. I need an LOA directly from the brand or something that proves authenticity. It’s been over a month now. Until you’re able to fix the situation, this will be my latest update.

And if you are not aware of it so plz check in your records, your team did this with us, we are still in wait if you guyz give our money to us.
