I had to book an urgent flight to Japan due to my father’s funeral, and I was feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted. Meet, who assisted me with my booking, was incredibly patient and kind over the phone, which made a very difficult situation much easier to manage.
I had requested an aisle seat, but due to the late booking and a full flight, it could only be noted as a preference. Meet went above and beyond by also arranging assistance throughout my journey. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to secure an aisle seat and received support when I needed it.

Even though flight was delayed a few days it was sorted without effort. An amazing company who go above and beyod to help and assist. The agent who helped me named Grace was absoloutly fantastic and sorted everything . I will be booking again later this year. An excellent service. Thank you

I booked a flight for my family of 10 paying in instalments. Holiday is in August, however with the extreme high prices due to the world fuel crisis ive requested to cancel or postpone my holiday as now unaffordable. The whole tone immediately changed from globehunters . They are saying I will forfeit £3200 that I paid. All efforts to reason are met with same attitude. This is my first experience with them and if it continues same way my last. I will try to reason with Ethiopian Airlines whom they report to have paid to. Will return to update.

Thanks for your reply. May I move my holiday date to April 2027 and to move the end date of payment. I find it unfair for your agent to refuse the change instead insist to forfeit what i already paid. I appreciate your consideration . The change in pricing since the global crisis is beyond anyone's control

Excellent service by Austin took a while from my side but very patient all good very pleased very polite and helpful

Spencer was very helpful. Took time to search different routes for my trip to New Zealand in order to find the right flights for me.

Recently booked direct flights to Tokyo with Austin. He offered us the best price for business class where in others were higher.

Grace was most helpful an even arranged to sort out seats on our flight. I would recommend their services and thought the price paid was fair.

Grace was incredibly helpful (and patient!!) helping us book our flights to Thailand - she went through so many different date options with us and did her absolutely best to get us the best price. We took up a lot of her time today and she didn't once make us feel rushed. She monitored the flight prices after we hung up so we could discuss as a family and called us when she noticed a sudden increase. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Grace at Globehunters to friends.

This is a very unreliable agent. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their services.
I purchased a ticket with rescheduling insurance, but when I needed to change my flight, they completely ignored my emails. I also tried contacting them multiple times via phone, but received no response at all.
This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
