Globo's support was incredibly poor and completely unhelpful. They falsely claimed that uninstalling one app wouldn't affect another, but this wasn’t true for me. After uninstalling GLO Color Swatch, the Globo Product Options app stopped working, causing major issues. Instead of owning their mistake, their support team blamed me for “downgrading” the app – something I did not do. Why would I remove a subscription a week after purchasing it?

The app itself is poorly designed and requires constant contact with support for almost everything, as it is impossible to function on its own. The developers seem to have no regard for their customers, and their lack of responsiveness shows they don’t care about serious businesses like mine.

I would not recommend Globo apps to anyone. The apps are unreliable, the support is subpar, and the overall experience is unacceptable for anyone running a serious business. Terrible developers, terrible support. Look elsewhere.

I had the worst experience with Globo Software Solution. As a paid user of their Globo Product Options app, I relied on it heavily for my store's customizable products. On January 4th, all product options disappeared from my website, forcing me to pause ads, close my store, and lose significant revenue.

Despite reaching out to their support team immediately, the issue remained unresolved for days. They blamed me for "downgrading the app to a free plan," which I did not do. I am the sole person managing my store, and their explanation was both dismissive and inaccurate. This problem occurred after I uninstalled another Globo app (GLO Color Swatch) and tried to update my product options. Instead of owning their technical mishap, they shifted the blame and offered no real resolution.

What’s worse, I paid for a subscription from December 24th, but the app stopped working entirely from January 4th. When I requested a partial refund for the unused period, their response was vague and unhelpful.

This company needs to drastically improve its technical reliability and customer support. As a critical app for Shopify stores, they should prioritize resolving issues quickly and taking responsibility for their faults. Instead, they provided no accountability, leaving me frustrated and with financial losses.

I would not recommend this app to anyone running a serious business. If you rely on smooth functionality and responsive support, look elsewhere.

Technical support is very slow to respond and seems to lack technical knowledge about mail setup with M365.
