Got to destination late on both occasions
Both the journey from Split to Medjugorje and Medjugorje to Split got to the destination an hour later than scheduled. On the way to Split it caused me to almost miss my plane. The coaches are also rather old and not very comfortable. Certainly won't use again
Disappointing experience in many respects.
We had to pay extra to have our luggage stowed in the bus. The trip took 5 hours instead of the advertised 2.5 hours. Border crossing took an hour, and the extra delays were the unscheduled stops, no explanation given. The driver just kept disappearing, probably to smoke, while we all had to wait in the hot bus. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and it was a hot day, so very uncomfortable. No toilet on the bus, so the 5 hours was hard to endure for that reason too. The only upside was that the driver got us to the destination, eventually.

I bought a ticket from Mostar to Sarajevo, 8 pm. I was there an hour early. I waited but the bus didn’t show up and a man in the information office said there was no bus. I called the info line and the emergency line but nobody picked up. I was asking each driver arriving at the station where I could find my bus. One of them said something in Bosnian so I asked some people sitting in the coffee shop what it meant. It turned out that the lady in the coffee shop was working for this company but closed the office and sat in the coffee shop. She told me that the bus would be 45 minutes late and would stop behind the gas station, not at the bus station. If I hadn’t learned that, I would have missed the bus. It arrived 45 minutes late and I eventually got to Sarajevo. This company is horrible. Avoid!

WC se nije moga koristit koliko je neuredan a vozaci ne zela da stanu da bi putnici mogli obaviti nuzdu. Ovako ponasanje vozaca mora se sankcionisati pod hitno i nikako ne preporucujem ovu kompaniju dok se ne promjenu vozaci.
On September 7 In 2024, my wife traveled between Neum and Frankfurt. The behavior of drivers towards passengers is more than bad, they behave as if they are driving cattle and not people who pay the ticket. The toilet could not be used as it was untidy and the drivers did not want to stop so that the passengers could relieve themselves. This behavior of the drivers must be sanctioned as a matter of urgency and I absolutely do not recommend this company until the drivers change.

Nonostante tutte le recensioni negative io la faccio positiva,perché Nonostante abbia sbagliato orario e pagato 2 volte il biglietto sono stato rimborsato interamente. Non do 5 stelle perché i pullman sono un po vecchiotti e devono migliorare l aria condizionata. In più non capisco perché facciano pagare 2 euro a bagaglio.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. Never have I experienced such a rude treatment and communication from the staff before. I paid 40 euros for my trip from Zagreb to Sarajevo and when I arrived there was an extra fee for luggage - when I did not have cash on me, my luggage was not allowed on the bus. Luckily for me, there was a kind man who paid for my luggage. The bus was overbooked and people was sitting on the floor in the aisle. I almost this not get past the second staff member because my ticket was not printed out - we live in 2024! All in all a terrible experience!
Bus from Neum to Mostar
I booked a bus from Neum to Mostar for my group of 15 people. In total this was €180. We arrived at our bus location 45 minutes early, but there was no bus in sight for the next two hours. We called the Globtour help desk to ask what to do, but they shortly told us that we must have missed him and then hung up the phone. We stood there, 4 supervisors and 11 young people in the evening waiting for a bus that never came. If you tried to ask the other Globtour buses something, they would skip you or say there was no room for us and slam the door. This was a very unpleasant experience. Everyone was very rude, unfriendly and demeaning. We ended up taking a taxi for €200 and we didn't get there until the night. I will never drive with this company again and I would never recommend them!

Took a Globtour coach from Dubrovnik to Kotor and encountered the following issues:
We were assigned seats on the ticket but there were no seat numbers/reservation on board.
The bus driver wanted a bar code that wasn’t provided on anything when we booked.
The ticket said in small print that it must be printed (which is ridiculous in 2024 and should at the very least have been made clearer) but then it didn’t need to be printed anyway in the end.
The bus took way longer than scheduled (and not because of traffic).
We had to pay extra on the day to bring luggage and I don’t think there was a card reader so not sure what we’d have done if we didn’t have cash.

Trip from Vienna to Medjugorie
Trip from Vienna to Medjugorie. FlixBus for first part; GlobTour for second part. First part was wonderful; second part horrible. Driver on his cell phone as we are going around curve after curve, barely missing cars. No bathroom on bus. They stopped once for us for a bathroom break on an almost 10 hour trip. The bumpiest ride, not sure there are even shocks on the bus at all.

Wouldn't recommend
Arrived over 90 min late, toilet wasn't working, wifi didn't work. Driver stopped for cigarette breaks, took tiktours into small towns where no one was getting off or on and bus was full. Would have expected driver to be informed about bookings.

Worst experience I've ever had with a transportation company. I was going from Split to Sarajevo. The bus stopped in Bugojno (2h away from Sarajevo) due to an engine failure. At around 6 p.m. I was informed that it would not go any further. We were already an hour late according to schedule, and the driver shrugged when asked about a replacement bus. Therefore, I had to pay 100€ for a taxi to Sarajevo in order to reach the hostel within the check-in window and not sleep on the street.
I contacted them about the refund, they said they will pass it to the legal department which is what they call thrash folder in their e-mail client, and now for the past 2 weeks they ignore my emails asking them for an update in the case.

Globtour told me they sent me my refund but they never sent my money back over a month later, despite me emailing multiple times which was just ignored. They never gave a reason for the no show.
Luckily, we booked through Omio and after contacting them directly Omio informed us that Globtour had promised us our refund and then simply “forgot” to send the money. Omio finally refunded us 6 weeks later. Trash disgusting company and service- don’t book unless you want your trip ruined and have to pay for expensive last minute transport.

Worst company ever. Left us stranded for 5(!) hours in the Bosnian countryside in 35 degrees heat without information or apology when bus broke down. Wont reply or give refunds and lies to Getbybus to not have to refund.
Useless bus service
- bus arrived fifty minutes delayed, from an origin station a half hour away. I checked Google maps, no traffic or reason for extensive delay
- proceeded to take nearly an hour to do a forty minute journey to the border cross, again no traffic or reason for delay
- poor organisation of people at the border. we went through it a week ago with a different (better) driver and flowed through nicely
- made random stops along the way for cigarettes and water
- overfilled bus, left people standing (dangerous)
- the delays resulting in an overall two hour delay to our destination, but just in time to watch our ferry we had booked leave the port without us
- had to book a later ferry, and no refund for ferry missed due to this unprofessional operator
- use alternative services when you can
