Glocusent Reviews

These lights are perfect for extra light when riding on a plane, reading in the dark, and working puzzles!! My sister, daughter, and granddaughter all love their Glocusent lights, too!

I had a neck light that would not charge. Issy at customer service was so fast and efficient on replacing that unit and because I had purchased it thru Amazon, I had the replacement the next day once she processed my issue. Old time customer service means so much to me!!! Thanks so much!!!

Great light....have given this as a gift several times, too.

Great product.

I bought the wrong lamp initially. You kindly refunded the full cost and sais keep it anyway. Theb I bought the better one for me, a piano lamp, and it arrived two days later. Thank you for your consideration. Date is day of receipt for 2nd purchase.

No complications, fast shipping

I would give more than five stars!

My sister in law gave my wife a neck light some time ago having bought it for herself. Soon after that the USB socket failed. Sister is in hospital so cannot find any proof of purchase. Issy from Glocuscent accepted just names and addresses and shipped us a replacement immediately. In a time when so many companies hide behind chat systems and call centres it is great to deal with someone who really cares about customers!

Like the product…it is a very good book light with apparently a very long battery life. My only negative is that I ordered directly from the company to avoid Amazon and it was still shipped from Amazon…ugh!

Lights fit comfortably and I like the ability to adjust brightness. Also nice that you can have either light on or off independently. I prefer this to lights that clip onto the books. Can be used while sitting or lying down.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I needed some cordless clamp-lights for an art exhibit, and these were perfect for what I was looking to achieve!

Oue neck lights arrived in a timely manner and packaged well. Charged up fairly quick. They are comfortable and lightweight around the neck. Very happy with the 3 light modes! Works great for knitting and reading! Would definitely recommend to others.

The light arrived in just a few days and it works very well.I’d say better than I expected.

The items arrived but the description did not say they were dependent on a usb c connector. We thought they were just plugged into an electric socket. They might have been fine if they just plugged into the wall socket.

Light arrived quickly and works really well. I am able to read next without keeping my partner awake. I really like the warmer colors at night!

My husband loves his. He says he loves that there are different colors and that the light rotates. For the record, he is picky so this is meaningful.

Speedy delivery. My adult kid asked for it for birthday, they're going to love it!
Thank yOu,
