I got my shipping problem resolve in almost record time. This has been one of the easiest order corrections I’ve experienced, I had informed informed the help chat that I had yet to receive my order in three months. Then Elyka responded in less than hour and got my order reshipped with ease.

I love the products
I love the products! The shipping did not impress me much though. The items were thrown in a Manila shipping envelope and sent like that. No branding box or anything. Also my brightening cream had opened and came out. I live in phx az so the heat made it a messy opening.

Works as advertised
I have been using Glo Melanin products since mid-March and I have been satisfied with the results. The soap cleanses thoroughly without drying the skin and the oil and face brightening cream are fantastic and I can see the difference. Love the products so far!

Ordered from them on April 30th and I have not received my package. I even purchased the shipping insurance from navidium thinking that it would require a signature or something because a lot of the reviews that I read about this company said that people did not get their order. I’ve emailed them four times I’ve written on their social media pages multiple times and got ignored. That insurance is so Janky I tried to go on their website and file the claim, but the page is unclickable on the areas where you have to insert order information. I’m so glad I used my credit card and have purchased protection with them!

Lip treatment for the win
I've been using the lip treatment and I am very impressed. I am a former smoker and had the dry, cracked, dark lips. It hasn't been a full month yet but my lips are very happy. I highly recommend

I don’t think there’s enough room for me to write about my amazing experience with this company!! I reached out to them as I had ordered two products and one came half full as it leaked out in the bag. But thank God for Rio!!!

Outstanding Customer Service
My first order was delivered to the wrong address by UPS. I reached out to customer service and they were exceptional in rectifying the issue. Elyka went above and beyond for me. Making sure that all my information was correct so a reshipment could be make. They have a new repeated customer.
