Glo Melanin brand is the BEST!!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share this!

After purchasing one of this company's products through Amazon, I unfortunately discovered that it did not agree with me due to my allergies. Naturally, I was disappointed, and because I had not purchased directly from the company's website, I assumed there would be very little they could do to help.

I could not have been more wrong.
The representative who assisted me provided what was, without question, one of the most remarkable customer service experiences I have ever encountered. From the moment ELYKA responded, she treated me with genuine kindness, patience, understanding, and respect. She listened carefully to my concerns and made me feel like my experience truly mattered.

What impressed me most was that she had absolutely no obligation to help me. The purchase was made through Amazon, yet she never once made me feel like I was being passed off or dismissed. Instead, she took ownership of the situation and worked tirelessly to find a solution.

Her generosity and dedication went far beyond my expectations. Not only did ELYKA address my concerns with compassion and professionalism, but she also provided multiple gift cards so that I could try other products better suited to my needs. I was genuinely speechless. In today's world, where so many companies hide behind policies and automated responses, finding someone who truly cares about people is incredibly refreshing.

Large corporations with vast resources could learn a thing or two from this company. Despite being a smaller business, they delivered a level of customer care that surpassed many household-name brands I've dealt with over the years. This representative Elyka is an absolute gem and a tremendous asset to the company. She transformed what began as a disappointing experience into one that left me feeling valued, appreciated, and eager to support the brand in the future.

I came across their website after reading ai generated products from other websites but when saw their products made with real and simple products that works on black people skin and generated especially for black skin, I stopped immediately, Supper products. I needed to purchase it straight away, that I even ordered two by mistake but that was sorted by Elyka when contacted thecompany. The order came quickly and was delivered 3 days🙌 I was so happy because I used it the same evening and had immediate result in my skin tone. Brightness and softness was clearly noted. It's hard to find real products that works nowadays. I ordered the whole set and is worth every penny because of its quality. I am really happy with my products and will order their products again. thank you for your support Elyka 🙏 🙌 ❤️

Fantastic lip product.

With many lip products on the market that I've tried over a lifetime, this one ranks high for being moisturizing, aromatic, with beautiful unique packaging. if used per the instructions results are obvious.
The staff is quite responsive and highly professional, Elyka in particular has been great!
Customer service can make or break a company reputation. No need to be concerned on that score. Glo Melanin has you covered ;-)

Will reorder as gifts.

The glomelanin turmeric dark spot removal scrub definitely disappointed me. The container was very tiny, especially for the price. The container is smaller than the palm of my hands and my hands are pretty small. The product inside the container did not offset the insulting size. I used the product as they directed but the smell was not pleasant at all. Also, the product is strictly for dark spots. If you have eczema, sensitive skin, or your skin is already irritated in any way the sea salt in the product will irritate your skin. I had high hopes for this brand especially since they are marketing towards people with melanated skin. Hopefully their other products are better, but I will not be a returning customer.

The texture is good not too thick or thin. Smells great and is a great value.

Shoutout to elyka for fixing an order issue for me . She responded fast and fixed the problem immediately. I love their products a d have been using them for over 2 years now and has seen great results .

No lie, I seen lip progress by the end of my second weekend, going into my third wk I can definitely see progress. On usage of 2-3x a day, yeah definitely was worth it!

I made my first purchase, with Glo Melanin on Friday, my purchase went sideways. Payment section held a previous address, I amended this, then when I pressed my GPay the next page showed the product will be sent to my previous address 100 miles away.

I used the messaging service on the Glo Melanin website, I was panicking at this point, tried the delivery service too no joy. However, Rio emailed me, said he would look into it and sent the information they requested. Unfortunately, the delivery Company already processed my order so was too late to redirect to my current address. Rio then arranged for my order to be sent again to my current address at no extra cost. My issue was dealt with within 48 hours. I haven't received the product yet and I have received such great customer service, just because of that service and kind action, I will be investing in other products from Glo Melanin in the near future. Thank you Rio 🙂

I have used a number of turmeric soaps, well I should say supposedly. However Glo Melanin really works. Like dark areas on your body will truly fade, in just a few usages Thank you for a great formula and products that actually work. Now these are products I wouldn't mind secretly or unknowingly subscribing to a monthly subscription

I had really high hopes for these products, but unfortunately, they just didn't work out for me. I have sensitive skin, and I ended up having a reaction after using them.

That being said, don't let my experience discourage you from trying them for yourself. I've seen some amazing results from other customers, and everyone's skin responds differently.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. I reached out through both DM and email regarding my issue, and both messages were answered within just a few hours. The team was professional, responsive, and understanding. I was also able to receive a full refund without any hassle.

While the products weren't a good fit for my skin, I definitely appreciate the excellent customer service and how quickly they resolved my concern.

I have been using Glo Melanin for almost 3 years now and it has been heaven sent. I love how their products make my skin feel and the glow it brings out. I recently did my every 2-3 month order and accidentally put the wrong address on the order and reached out to the team to see if the address could be changed. They responded within reasonable business timeframe and instantly took care of my issue, though my order had already shipped I was i formed by Rio that they issued a replacement order as they unearthed mistakes can happen and wanted to ensure i received my order. Thank you Rio and Glo Melanin. I will continue to be a Glo Melanin girl/memeber and keep referring people to this wonderful brand!

As someone with very sensitive skin i can say Glo Melanin is a very good skin care brand. Especially for people with colored skin. If i’m being honest their products have helped my skin a lot, and i noticed results fast! I ordered through tiktok shop and the shipping is fast and free! They also offer a 30 day money back garuntee in case the product isnt what you expected or just doesnt work out for you, although im sure it will!
