Absolute rubbish. Stuck to a double height ceiling and won’t come back down. Save your money.

I ordered 2 packs for my grandsons, I was very disappointed because they don't glow in the dark & just stick to the wall & leave a mark.I emailed 10 days ago & have had no response. I expect they'll wait 30 days & tell me I am too late for a refund. I spent £20 on 2 packs which might seem very little to some people but because they didn't work I had to buy my grandsons something else which was an extra cost. I ordered on the glorbs website rather than buying from a cheaper site & their customer service is appalling! I will continue to email them because they say you can have a refund & if this doesn't happen I will look at other options to get my money back

They don’t come down from the ceiling unless you pull with a bit of effort and they don’t glow very well. The biggest thing I was annoyed with is the packaging. I purchased two lots, expecting them to come in boxes (as advertised) but they came in plastic bags. They were supposed to be gifts. I would not recommend. I feel lied to. I have 8 tiny balls for £20. Can’t believe I was ripped off. I feel scammed.

Do not buy complete waste of money! Mine arrived but they do not work as advertised. Complete scam !

Order a 3 pack beginning of December and still not received the order , they were a Christmas gift for my nephews.

I’ve sent 2 emails and had no response. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again in the future.

DONT BUY THEY LOSE STRENGTH DEFLATE TO JUST RUBBER BITS MY SON THREW ON CEILING - they don’t come down easily and loose traction to squidgy quickly when used!

Very poor. Tracking information was very confusing and the parcel rerouted to a local shop without my consent. They eventually arrived but are not as advertised. No glow, and leave marks on ceiling. Not holding my breath for a refund. Avoid!

So disappointed. I ordered these well in time before Christmas and they've still not arrived. So one less prescent under the tree Christmas day. Was really looking forward to giving these as a gift!

Do not waste your money, I brought a 4 pack of these for my daughter, they get stuck to the ceiling, do not come back down as stated and shown in their videos on the website and they leave a greasy residue. We have rubbed them on fabric as stated in the instructions to remove some of the stickiness but they still just sit stuck on the ceiling then you have to pull them off yourself, absolutely useless and pointless. Very disappointed 😞

Unanswered calls and emails. Product never received. DO NOT ORDER.

This is such false advertising BS! They barely glow, they don't come back to you as the advertising said. They stink like some type of toxic glue! Order four of these and they came in plastic bags and zero boxes! So damn cheap! I want a full refund?

Do not use.. absolute scam!

Ordered to a business address - they attempted delivery at 8pm and then the order is being “returned”. To China? No idea - no response from the company email address. Will I get a refund?

Poor product. Not as advertised. They do not glow, they do not come down from ceiling and the video which is used to sell them is nothing like our experience. Customer service seems to not exist, I emailed but not even a proper email address. £20 almost for two sets what was I thinking? So disappointed and feel ripped off. I am too embarrassed to hand them to my son I would like a refund if anyone ever gets back to me.

SCAM!! I ordered 2 sets and they were never delivered. I just received an email saying they'll be delivered today and that was on December 7th, here it is December 21st

Really disappointed with the product - nothing like as described. They are supposed to glow (and that is what is depicted in the advert) but in reality they are not bright at all. I bought these as a gift but I would be too embarrassed to give this to someone. Waste of time and money.

I received notification they had arrived but nothing was delivered. I contacted the company but havent heard back so now worried about the legitimacy of it.

I have not received the order I placed in October. I have emailed & messaged on social media platforms & not received a reply & no refund.
Would not use this company again.

I ordered two sets through two different orders. They took forever to come. But fair enough they are being shipped from a distance.

One has arrived but the very odd tracking links now marks to say the other arrived at the same time (although not immediately) but this isn’t the case. I’m missing a whole set. These things happen my biggest complaint is that no one responds to multiple emails. I guess I just have to write it off. Very disappointed and frustrated at no communication.

If I could give a zero, I would! Still no goods received, in spite of them acknowledging my order number, and the tracking number they’ve sent does not work on the tracking site! This company is definitely a scam company and its now obvious that these goods are never going to arrive! I’ll now have to spend money on another gift and inform my bank about this, so I can have my money refunded back to my account! Very poor performance and I’ll never order from ads on social media sites again!
