I purchased two of the same dress in two different sizes from glory connections. I first looked at the return policy below the item that said we will accept refunds within 14 days. The first dress fit terribly and I returned it within the timeframe of 14 days. They would not refund my money as they said it was a " sale" item. They show the item is returnable, but then when you go to return it they tell you credit only because it was a "sale item" They trick you into thinking that you can get your money back but nothing is really returnable for your money back, only credit because technically after thing is "ON SALE" you will never get your money back. Their clothes are so terrible they have to take your money the first time as nobody who orders from them would buy again. They need to be shut down. Total scam. Don't purchase anything from them. The internet is full of the same story. People thinking the item is returnable and only getting store credit. Very slippery.

I ordered a dress from Glory Connection that arrived almost a month, and more specifically, arrived after the event that I needed the dress for. GC has refused to issue me a refund despite a dozen email communications with GC customer support over a month long period. The GC continues to assure me that the GC management is considering the full refund but this has gone on over a month and despite a dozen of back and forth emails nothing has been done.
I spent almost $350 on the dress they delivered almost a month after I ordered it and after the event that I needed the dress for.
I am still waiting for the refund.

They are 💯 scammers they have very bad customer service.. they don’t return the money back as they saying they have sale on item which they marked down all so no one can refund anything they will send another rubbish dress as exchange

Don’t ever buy from the company. They said my item was returnable and they gave me a gift card instead. Their clothes look nothing like the picture so I don’t want any more of their crappy clothes. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned I suppose

This store is a scammer. The item I purchased was nothing to compare to what was displayed. They knew people returned their items and refused to give refunds but rather they claimed their policy is if marked down for end of year sales, they can only give store credit. Who wants to do that. I would not recommend anyone to this store.

The item I ordered came nothing like I ordered !! Bad quality and bad fit !! I returned it and they will not credit my credit card . Only gave gift card . Which I will not use . Scam company !! Do not buy from them !!

I ordered a dress for $330 Us
When I recieved it I was disgusted it was rubbishhhhh
The most cheapest fabric the most awkward sizing looked nothing like there advertisement I was disgusted

I purchased two dresses neither fit .I returned following all pf there guidelines and they refused to issue a refund . They claim because it was on sale only a house credit .I do not want any items from them ..$447. ..shameful

I ordered the alsatia lace fringe dress and it looks nothing like the photos. Now I’m sending it back to hopefully, hopefully get a refund.

I needed a formal dress for an event and happened on their website and found something that I believed would work. The shipping took a while, and once I received the dress it didn't work out so I needed to see about returning. Returning with them is like a form of punishment. YOU have to email them to even get the return address to ship the item back, YOU have to send it back on your own dime, YOU have to provide them the tracking number once you ship it, and (although you've given them the tracking number) YOU also have to tell THEM when the item has made it back to THEIR warehouse (though again, you've given them the tracking number and they can track the status themselves.)

There are better options for clothing with a much better customer service experience than this.

I have bought better quality garments from Kmart. Terrible material, abnormal sizing and buttons missing. No refunds and difficult to exchange (not that you’d want another item from this store). I may as well have just thrown $200 into the trash.

I too received my XL jacket tat was almost $300 in what is easily a size small. They are a joke and I will never shop with them again. They DON’T do refunds which is not what they lead you to believe. Don’t fall for their SCAM! Very expensive lesson.

It’s a scam they sell abnormal small items so you’re forced to return and claim you exchange only but all items are defective and too small so they can steal your money 💰. Scam!!!!!

Website is a SCAM! Stay away. Clothing is garbage they probably just source from Shein at best. You cannot return for a refund as everything is "on sale" on their website, so store credit only to a worthless site. Stay far far away from this site!!
