Absolutely dreadful company to deal with, so much so I thought I’d been scammed. Shocking customer service if you can even call it that….delivery time was 24 days!!
Totally unacceptable service with no communication even after 5 emails to find out where my stock was.
Will not use again or recommend.

I have finally heard back from this company, it appears that they would only respond when you complain via Trustpilot but not reply back or address concerns directly via email. So they are not a scam company after all but just completely lacking in customer service and choose to respond via Trustpilot only. After having submitted the review about not having received the goods I’d paid for back in 8th December 2023, they finally sent me a POD but it turns out the parcel was delivered to the wrong address! Somewhere completely different from the shipping address! so I still haven’t received my goods as of today. I responded back the day before yesterday to inform them of this error and to ask them to correct this error however, I have not received any response back. Had someone from Gloves Wholesale UK actually made the effort to respond back to Customer’s missing queries in the first place, rather than ignoring all the emails that we’d sent them, the problem would have been resolved promptly and effectively between the two parties.

I have been scammed by two online companies previously and in my experience these companies would send emails to inform us that our goods in which we’d ordered have been delivered with a fake tracking number but the goods does not turn up and when we repeatedly send them emails to inform them we have not received our goods they go stone cold silent and do not respond back leaving us out of pocket. As I had contacted Gloves Wholesale UK twice to let them know that I have not yet received the goods and they did not respond back at all it led us to think that we may have been scammed. But since posting the first review we got a reply straight away via this channel and it has come to light that the goods were in fact delivered to the wrong place. The poor customer service and lack of response has caused this error and misunderstanding. Had we received an answer to our two missing order queries a few weeks back and been sent the POD initially, we would have been able to tell them that the correct delivery address has not been fulfilled.

The fact of the matter is that the order has not been delivered to me. At the end of the day I still have not yet received my goods….I hope that they will look into and rectify their mistake and deliver the goods in which I had ordered. As a consumer we have a right to receive the goods in which we had ordered.

*FINAL UPDATE* 08/01/24

Today I have received notification via email that I have been refunded. Although I did not get my gloves order in the end, I am happy that this case is now resolved, but i just wished that they could have been more communicative in order to avoid the whole misunderstanding.

Purchased as found through Google and i am impressed, ordered on Saturday morning arrived Monday, cannot fault the service.

Lots of regular email updates from GW and the courier will happily recomend as a great online seller.

It's the delivery - just not working. Ordered and paid for 50 packets of gloves on 22nd November: 20 got delivered, I queried this, then another 10 arrived - with the promise of the balance later that week. Nothing since - and I keep chasing. So weeks later still waiting for 20 packets and no-one seems to be interested.

Thanks for the good price on these hand warmers. When I’ve finished golf on a cold morning I pass it on and the pad keeps my partners hands warm for another six hours!!

Gloves did not arrive. No reply to my email query asking where they went.

Ordered 5 boxes of gloves but the sizing was totally off compared to other suppliers. I was asked to produce another pair of gloves for comparison which I did but have been ignored ever since! Would not order again!!
