Scam. Took my money, never got any plan, no login or info in my mailbox. Had the bank cancel the ”subscription” I never wanted. I was thinking to cancer after I got the plan, to try it. But like I said, I never got access to any plan and this company repeatedly withdraw money from my bank account. Finalt contacted them and they informed me they cancelled. But what dig I get for the 80 dollars they charged? They havent even given me access to that. I want my money returned

They took my money, and I got nothing. It is a complete scam. Don't fall for it.

Total scam took my money no report and login suddenly didn’t work no reset link would come either. Response from support was not helpful at all and took over 24 hours to even get one.

Glowera.health is a financial and identity scam and has been reported. Do not engage.

I am disputing this transaction because the service I paid for was significantly not as described.

On August 15, 2026, I paid $32.99 USD to GlowEra Health for a 3-month "personalized facial analysis" membership. Their own marketing (glowera.health) explicitly promises "expert analysis of your actual face, not a generic quiz," with recommendations "matched to what our team sees in your face, not what works for someone else's."

What I actually received was generic wellness content freely available online, hydration reminders and facial massage for lymphatic drainage, with nothing indicating it was based on my submitted photo, my age, or my actual features, and no personalized cosmetic guidance as advertised.

I contacted GlowEra support twice, on Aug 25th and Aug 27, explaining the mismatch and requesting a refund. They cancelled my subscription so no further charges would occur, but refused to refund the $32.99 already paid, and did not respond to my request to speak with a manager. It has now been over 5 business days since my last message with no further response.

I'm requesting a full refund of $32.99, as the service delivered did not match what was advertised at the time of purchase. But unfortunately Glowera is refusing. SO don't waste your money you can get the same or better advice from Youtube

So far, I’m only on day #1 but I really appreciate the objectivity and explanatory approach that I am receiving. It is nice to be able to not judge yourself and really understand the details that come together to form a persons look. It is freeing! Thank you !

I like that this works with what I already have.. just directs me in a positive better version of myself. .. not reaching for the unattainable nor unrealistic. But a better version of myself.
