No shipping update and no response to emails

I placed an order on March 29th and, as of today, there has been no shipping update or communication about my order.

I reached out via email to request an update and have received no response after multiple days, which is very disappointing. At this point, the lack of communication is more concerning than the delay itself.

I understand that delays can happen, but completely ignoring customer enquiries is not acceptable. Customers should at least be kept informed about the status of their order.

I’m now seeking either a clear shipping update or a refund. If I don’t receive a response soon, I will be pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

Hoping this review prompts a response and resolution.

Great company

Great company. Works very well to ship your stuff. I had a delay on my order but that was due to shipping. Package came on time and in great condition. Would definitely buy again from them

I am in love with my custom MTG mat!

I am in love with my custom MTG mat!! The image I sent in turned out perfect! My husband likes mine so much he wants one of his own. I did email once asking how long it would take, and their customer service got back right away! 10/10 experience!

Awful
I ordered a custom mtg mat for a Christmas present and had plenty of time for it to arrive to me so I could ship it to my friend. When I hadn’t received an update they said it would ship soon and only then did it ship out. Then it got lost in the mail and now they are not responding to my emails. My secret Santa isn’t getting their present and I am devastated.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially with a Christmas gift involved.

We do want to clarify a few points. Despite the holiday rush, the vast majority of our orders were produced and delivered on time. Unfortunately, in rare cases packages experienced significant delays once they were handed over to USPS. Sadly, this appears to have been one of those incidents. While we always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, we have no control over delays within the carrier’s network.

We also want to be clear that we did respond to customer emails during this period. However, we understand that waiting on shipping updates can still feel frustrating when tracking information does not change for an extended time.

If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, we always work with our customers to find a fair solution, including reshipping or discussing a refund when appropriate. We would still very much like the opportunity to resolve this with you.

Please reach out to us directly with your order number so we can look into your specific case and help make things right.

Could not have been easier

Could not have been easier. Got it as a Christmas gift for a relative, and the final product is satisfying just to hold let alone look at and use. The image I picked was cropped and positioned perfectly, and it got to me in no time! Highly recommend.

A great product that looks amazing! But it did get delivered later than I wanted, or was told it should be delivered by. That being said I would still gladly by from this site again.

Excellent service in getting me my play mat. The mat was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. The quality was perfect and I have found no issues with it.

Amazing quality product

Amazing quality product.
Can't recommend their custom playmats enough, they are incredible.
High resolution image, the colours absolutely pop. The stitching is top notch. Speedy turnaround time, obviously this depends on where you are in the world.
Give these guys a try, I promise you won't be disappointed - all my friends have been asking where I got my playmat from.

I ordered a mat from this site

I ordered a mat from this site. The site says shipping would take 3-5 days, but even after 6 days, nothing has arrived. The tracking says it can't track anything. Feels like a scam.
