This company billed me for something I didn’t order. I have been charged $69.99 fraudulently.

I ordered an item, the money was taken from my account I was then informed bybemaië that I had cancelled my order which I hadn't. I emailed asking for someone to contact me whichbthey didn't and I haven't received my order

Excellent products and great on line purchasing experience. I bought the Zao foundation sticks and they are so easy to apply, kind to the skin and with good coverage. Love this product. Highly recommended.

I recently ordered some make up from Glow Organic. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately one of the lipsticks was dry - and it turned out it had expired. I received a refund and an apology immediately - great customer service.

I have placed an order and paid £5.99 for express delivery (to be delivered within 1 day after dispatch, which was more than 2 weeks ago.)

The parcel was dispatched but has not been delivered and even though I contacted the company a few times for their help, they are more than relaxed about getting this sorted.
I have been working in customer service for many years and am shocked at this level of service.

ordered online on the 18th still not received the product and paid for express delivery
Only received despatch notification after I sent an email asking when product would be delivered
The tracking on the despatch notice gives no advise on delivery time either

It took 9 days to arrive when i emailed them about when it wpuld be delivered no one emailed me to reassure me it was on its way. Tje priduct it self is nice and moisturises my face well and looks good.

I haven't received either order yet. This could be due to Royal Mail but I can't review the products until I receive them. Happy to review again when they arrive.
