They ship weak subpar product and refuse to take it back. They also use dishonest business practices to try to waste your time until you are passed your return period. They will also lie about when their return period ends.

These glow sticks really suck.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

Ordered several items, all showing as in stock (and still are, despite their claims).

Payment made, confirmation email received from -sales[at]glowuniverse.co.uk-

Then, I get an email from -sales[at]ionizedllc.com- saying "We want to inform you that these items are out of stock in the other warehouse.However we found it in the other warehouse but with the minimum order of 3 pcs" [sic]

in other words, we need you to order more if we're going to send it to you. They also had the audacity to try this:

"And just to give you a heads up the courier is asking for an additional shipping fee."

When I queried both *which* items were supposedly out of stock, and informed them that any dispute over postage prices was between them and the courier, they then cancelled my order.

Terrible customer service. I purchased $200.00 worth of glow sticks from them and none of them worked. I called and Ann asked for a video. I sent them the a video. Ann is who I spoke to and she even pulled up the order and after looking at the order, then asked for a video. I had to ask my customer at the police department to please take a video of them not working and then sent the video. After all that, she told me they will not send a replacement and we should have checked them---all 1000 of them. If we check them when they are not needed, then the glow sticks will be wasted. Detectives needed them for a crime scene that was at night and NONE of them worked!!!!!! Way to go GloveUniverse!!!!

Absolutely dreadful customer service, I ordered a large number of items and they are defective and faulty and completely unsellable.

Took my order and they maintained that it would be delivered on time right up to two days before delivery. On the day I expected it they told me they did not have the stock, gave me a refund and left me 24 hours to source the items and arrange delivery from somewhere else. Gave them an extra star just because they replied to emails quickly and issued a refund promptly. Not at all happy though.

Ordered items shown in stock for a PTA event, within a few minutes of being billed I was informed the item was sold out but they could find another supplier for 80% price increase. Wish I'd read more Google reviews before ordering as this seems to be a pattern.

Tried to scam me on overnight shipping, claimed Fedex wanted more money via message, I asked to see proof and the manager exact words were "You Don't Need To See The Message", I got very livid called Fedex gave them ALL the info for the package and it turns out it was cheaper then what they had me pay originally let alone asking for more money, I did not fall for it and got a refund, turned them into FedEx, Paypal, and Better Business Bureau is next..you don't treat paying customers like that, if they are a legit company as in integrity they were very shady about showing proof...

I love handing out light thingies for Halloween, July 4th and pretty much any public occasion. Glowuniverse had a great selection and they ship so fast. I order in bulk and then pass them out to everyone I meet.

The neighborhood kids know to start at my house on 10/31 so they are safer on their romp. One year I passed out more than 200 bracelets; it was a real thrill for me and the kids had such a good time.
