After seeing an article indicating that GLOWYY had much coveted hand sanitizer in stock I ordered some before doing my normal check of reviews of a new vendor. I was VERY nervous after reading many on this site after I placed the order, especially when it became clear that I would not receive my product by the delivery date promised on their site at the time of purchase. During the wait I had several rounds of back and forth with customer service via email where they responded quickly assured me that my product would indeed be delivered. Which it ultimately was. For reference, I placed my order on 4/19 where the ship by date was indicated to be 4/22. On 5/1, a shipping label was created and the package was put in the USPS system on 5/7. I received it on 5/11. The product itself is great.

So deduct 1 star, for unrealistic expectations and refusal to cancel my order when I requested they do so. That said, I'm glad they didn't cancel it....

The order did take a while, prompting a inquiry to support. The support people answered right away on a weekend and explained the usual shipping delays were still happening. But things were cool, eventually got the order. These are tough times.

Took my money on my credit card 2 months ago and never sent the product. Just sent me worthless emails though I asked for a refund. I don't wait 60 days for any product from anyone. Having my bank step in to reverse the charge. Sanitizer is available all over the place now no excuse for 60 day delay. Hope you felt good about taking a social security retirees money.

I received my Hand Sanitizer and face masks yesterday. I'm very happy with both. The face masks are not the flimsy type and don't tear like the other paper Type masks. The ear loops are more secure on the mask and don't tear off. They are bit more pricey ($59 for 50), but are worth the little extra for a much better product. The hand sanitizer is very well priced for 16oz and is 75% alcohol (even higher than CDC requires) and doesn't dry out your hands. I definitely recommend their products.

The communication of this company is outstanding. I ordered product and while it was out of stock (hand santizer) they kept me updated and offered me a refund at anytime if it was not coming fast enough. I got my product and it was in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered. What impresses me the most is the speed of communication and replies to my inquiries.

The product is AMAZING! It was worth the shipping wait! (Not GLOWYY's fault thanks to the pandemic. The hand sanitizer leaves my hands feeling so soft afterwards and it smells so fresh. I am so glad that I found this company!
The customer service is fantastic. I didn't understand that they could only ship on certain days and I talked Danielle who was so nice and understanding. Today I worked with Kate and she was so sweet and very informative.

I have to agree with others who wrote about Kate in customer service, she is awesome. I knew my order would take awhile but not as long as it did. Kate responded to every email in a matter of minutes it seemed and reassured me that my order would Ship soon and it finally did. The product is great and made in USA.

I did receive after a long wait but I can’t stand the smell of it. It really stinks . It’s a strong smell , very mediciny smell . Very disappointed .

It took about 3 weeks (during Covid, so understandable) to receive my hand sanitizer, but it came today. I would order again.

Because of the current circumstances my order took a while to arrive. But I am very happy with the product and will continue to purchase.

Just as described. Speedy delivery! Not cheap, but not outrageous. Well worth it for excellent sanitizer. A+++

Ordered 4/25 & sanitizer arrived 5/9. I am happy to have sanitizer when it’s been off shelves & difficult to find during this pandemic! Also, shipping everywhere is a bit slower right now wherever I shop! This company provided sanitizer & it arrived!! Glad they have this available!!
Great customer service when ordering sanitizer for older relatives out of state!

Like many others, my product shipped later than expected. From order until arrival it took a little over a month. When I ordered April 8th was the expected ship date, but it arrived at a USPS facility the beginning of May. I assume that shipping banner on the product page is what caused most of the grief for this company and consumers. I’d still put my order in even if I’d known before hand it would take as long. That’s me though, my order was small and I’d experienced delays from other stores as well. I didn’t receive one item but was refunded for the item when the order shipped (Kid’s hand sanitizer, no biggie. My kid didn’t seem to care about the label so no loss. Still received the 3 larger bottles). So I probably wouldn’t cancel an order if you haven’t received yet. I live in a rural area and haven’t seen hand sanitizer in a store since mid-March. I never contacted customer service so I can’t review them but I did receive a text with the tracking code when it shipped. The sanitizer itself seems good. Leaves little to no scent once dried, which I know is a big preference for many. I’d order from them again. It may take longer to receive, but I did receive it and intend to use it all. It seems like we’ll have use for it for sometime.

Yes, it did take awhile to get our product. When we did get the product, we loved it. We understand, these our difficult times, especially for companies in this business. I gave it a 5-star review, because Kate in customer service was so responsive and we really like the product. Glowyy needs to give Kate a lot of atta girls because she is the reason for this review!!! I am a business owner and also in the manufacturing business. Our demand is extremely high right now and there isn't enough Kate's out there!!!!!!

I received my 10 onc bottle of hand sanitizer. It took over a month to get but the product was satisfiectory.

Be aware that this hand sanitizer has a very strong fragrance added to it. We can't use it because of it's perfumy smell, and they will not accept returns. Won't be buying or recommending this product or company.

Will never order from them again! They claimed their hand sanitizers were in stock I guess just to get a lot of people to order. It took very long to receive them and then they had all leaked and was a big mess inside the package. All they needed to do is seal the top of the bottles if they open so easily. Contacting their customer service was a waste of time. The whole thing was a waste of time & money!

Ordered on March 12th, and still haven’t received my order. Similar experience with the shipment story.. I’ve tried with no success to get a cancellation after multiple promised dates have come and gone, and now they’ve just stop responding.
