Gluten Free Beer Company Reviews 

I placed an order on 25th October for £49.57. Money was taken from my account. No order has arrived (date 27th Nov). According to their website my order is "being processed". My emails are not being replied to and telephoning you can only leave voice mail. I see that I am not the only one to have encountered this problem and I fear they have ceased trading.

I am beginning to think they have gone bust. No response by email and nobody is picking up the phone. Been 2.5 weeks since my order and my account says that it is still being processed. That's over £80 down the drain.

Shame, as made the same order last year and was all good.

placed an order on the 24th of October 2023 for a mixed gift box of gluton free beers for a 60th birthday present. 27 days later and the beers have not been delivered. It says the order is processing on their web page. I have tried to contact the company by phone 5 times a day for a week, email, and also left a message on their facebook page. I have received no reply from them at all.

Placed an order on 2nd August for 24 beers. Got an email back on 3rd saying order was on its way, and then Richard emailed me to advise that the order was short of 6 beers as they weren't in stock, but would send them on the next week. I replied that was fine and was encouraged by the quick turnaround and good communication.
I then received another mail saying my order was complete on the 10th, so i guessed that the 6 were on their way.
So i waited, and waited, but the missing 6 did not appear.
I emailed on the 18th and 25th August for an update, but no response. I have called three times, and each time it goes to a mobile voicemail where i have left messages, and again no reply.
It is now the 29th September, and have had no response to any of my enquiries. The order does say processing on the website, but i doubt i will ever see these beers. Money was taken on the 2nd Aug of course.
It was so promising to find somewhere doing only GF beer and at good prices too, but i won't be going back!
edit: i have emailed them at their customercare email but the email fails saying no such address

My wife has now been diagnosed a celiac, so the website looked really good. We both like our beer. I ordered the beer box, and it came the next day, we couldn't believe it.
Some very good brewers have made some interesting beers, can't wait to try them. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service , good range of products.

As someone who is still reactive to gluten free beer at 20 ppm I was looking for good quality beer with a lower gluten content. I saw an advert for this company, contacted them asking about the levels in the beer they supply. They contacted their breweries and came back with 2 that were less than 10 ppm. (They have now highlighted this on their website). The beers have been fantastic and am now able to enjoy good quality, delicious ales with a good variety of tastes. I can’t rate the high enough.

Super friendly and helpful staff.
Packaging is superb, formed cardboard inserts help keep everything separated and secure.
Have yet to sample anything but thoroughly looking forward to indulging myself this week.

Recently found this company. They have a large range of gluten-free beer, Pale Ale, IPA, Bitter etc. Most of it (as far as I can tell) is from craft firms rather than the big producers. I have bought a selection to try and find out what I like. The ordering was simple- though you have to buy in multiples of 12 (for the pakaging). I think all of their stock comes in 500 ml bottles rather than the mini 350mls. The beer arrived within several days (I live at the other end of the country). The packaging was robust and the carrier would have had to work very hard to cause any breakages. I am now slowly going through my supply and anticipate coming back for more.
