Cannot fault the serviced help I received from Danielle at Green Monkey when trying to choose a projector screen for my cabin. The Celexon Manual Professional Plus Screen (16:9) 1.8m 81" I bought was great value and exactly what I needed. The delivery was faster than I originally told, and was well packaged. I would recommend Green Monkey to anyone looking for AV equipment

Quality product
Quality product, really easy to install, had a slight issue with the end of the projector screen being stuck in the casing but undone a few screws popped it out and it’s fine now.
Soft close feature is really good and is a cool way to show off to your mates!

I ordered a projector screen for my husband for his birthday. Having had no joy from other companies, a 4 to 6 week wait, I placed my order with Green Monkey on the Thursday afternoon and it turned up the next day and it was cheaper than some other companies. Excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

Delivery scheduling an issue
Delivery scheduling an issue. I have received 4 emails each pushing back the delivery date by another day. I now have no idea when the screen will turn up, hopefully it will at some point. You might want to consider how you manage your customer's expectations around expected delivery as a result. Notwithstanding the issues concerning UPS, the communications from Green Monkey has been very good and they have followed up with the delivery company as promised.
