GM Coachworks provided a new Motability Ford Tourneo for my daughter, which we are very pleased with. From the first demonstration to advice about adaptations through to delivery we were pleased with the communication about progress with the WAV. Unfortunately due to Covid lockdown delivery was delayed from March until June this year, but delivery took place as soon as possible after lockdown was lifted. Would recommend Gm coachwork in future.

Excellent service,went above and beyond to make sure we had our WAV car as soon as we could. Had to wait longer than usual in these crazy times but it had nothing to do with GM coach works. A++++

This is the second WAV we have purchased thro GM. The service both for initial sale and after care has been excellent

Demonstrations were useful to determine which model was most suitable. Staff seem knowledgeable and honest, keen to help find the best solution to our transport needs. We were kept suitably informed of the progress of our order. Pleased with vehicle/adaptation.

GM have always been very helpful and made the whole process from test drive to delivery straight forward. There is nothing I can complain about!

For the last 10 years we have had a car from coach work from ordering the car to getting it they have been so helpful and made everything easy to understand how it all works l would give them a happy 5star

Under the most awful circumstances we received the car for our daughter with such consideration and care from GM Coachwork. From sorting out which car suited our needs to filling in all the paperwork they were there helping us all the way, The delivery was done with PPE in place and a wipe down on all surfaces that had been touched by the driver I felt safe for my chronically ill daughter. we have had phone calls asking if all is ok with the car. Its made such a difference to us getting around. Thank you to all involved

Pleasant to deal with and quickly understood my needs, my requests for non standard alterations were completed to my satisfaction and well within the predicted delivery date.

My new WAV was tied up in the Covid lockdown so was delayed for some time. However, once delivered has been a life changer. I had a issue within an hour of delivery where the ramp failed, this was probably due to the layup of the vehicle and another issue later where the tailgate latch came loose. GM responded to both quickly at my home and James, their mobile technician, deserves a mention for his exceptional service.

Can’t thank all the staff from the beginning of the process -to the very end - to the ladies who answered the phone- kept me in the loop and made me feel more secure in moving forward with my disability into a Ford custom—With a ramp,from electric chair to drive I go,and with room for my family — now for the first time in decades I can plan a holiday — My van process was halted during COVID lockdown so truly I can’t praise the staff or process enough and for speedily getting it to me as fast as possible

First of all, you offered exactly the vehicle (Ford) and modification (wheelchair aligned with back seat) that we were looking for. In terms of purchase, that all went well with clear explanation of options and a demo at home. After the purchase you offered to help going forward if there were any issues with the car garage servicing the vehicle. Altogether, I am very extremely satisfied - which is so crucial for such a large and complicated product.

As my review states. All work and follow-up aftercare has been brilliant. It would be 5* if GM had not cockedup the registration causing me to drove illegally ( uninsured effectively and unregistered)for a couple of weeks and only came to light by chance. Check with DVLA ..its your responsibility. Aside from that yeah..brilliant

Some things were good other things not so much mainly communication and getting messages back when you’ve left them had a few issues with the car which we never really resolved and didn’t feel overly confident throughout the process

Delivery was three months late.
No post acceptance inspection has taken place.
