ho ordinato un Xiomi 14 5g il 8 ottobre 2025, mi e stato consegnato il 9 ottobre, e il 10 mattina ho fatto il reso. Ho fatto il reso perchè ho messo in funzione il telefono e non supportava la ricarica wireless come da descrizione di vendita. Il 10 ho creato l'etichetta di reso, ho confezionato il telefono nel pacchetto originale pari pari come mi era stato consegnato il giorno prima, ed ho consegnato il pacco al punto poste più vicino. Dal 10 ottobre al 17 ottobre io vedevo lo stato del reso sempre in lavorazione. il 18 ottobre e iniziato il calvario. Ho contattato il servizio clienti Amazon ed ho chiesto informazioni in merito. Mi e subito stato riferito che c'era un problema con l'ordine e non veniva rimborsato. Il problema era che al magazzino e arrivato il pacco vuoto, cioè senza nulla all'interno. Da quel momento e iniziato il calvario, mi hanno detto di inviare una mail riepilogando tutto a un indirizzo da loro fornitomi, e sarebbe stato lo specialista di Amazon a valutare il caso. dopo 2 giorni ho ricevuto una mail dove mi veniva ripetuto che non sarebbe stato emesso il rimborso in quanto il pacco a loro e arrivato vuoto. Ce un vuoto in questo tragitto che non riescono a darmi una risposta. Da utente penso di essere tutelato dal sistema, anche perchè si parla del valore di 200 euro e di uno smartphone che sicuramente ha dei codici e può essere tracciato da Amazon come venditore.
