This has been the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not use them for any type of certificate, ficha reducida, or similar documents. They repeatedly waited until the final day of the 8-day deadline to respond, sending the same copy-paste messages asking for photos I had already provided or requesting completely irrelevant information.
After nearly three months of pointless back-and-forth, they asked for yet another irrelevant document. That was the final straw, and I cancelled my request. I originally chose them because they were linked through an official Mercedes-Benz source, so I expected professionalism — but they have been anything but reliable.
