Small quantities for the price
The dog treats are good quality but very small in size compared to other shops I’ve used. They measure their bags in pieces instead of grams which is very misleading as items like the tracheas arrive and are miniature in size. Where if they had been marketed with grams on the bag I would have known they were going to be small and not purchased them. All in all dogs enjoyed them but won’t be a returning customer as value for money is poor.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that your dogs enjoyed the treats, although we’re sorry to hear you weren’t completely happy with the size of the beef trachea.
Because many natural dog treats vary in weight and shape, we choose to list some of our products by piece count rather than grams. From our experience, many customers prefer knowing exactly how many individual items they’ll receive in a bag, rather than in weight where the number of pieces can vary.
That said, we appreciate your feedback and understand that different customers have different preferences when it comes to how products are presented.
