Booking process and repair
I spoke to Adam who was friendly, helpful and professional. He went through different options for booking a repair I could go for. And offered to book an engineer for same day.
Dean the engineer was lovely too! Respectful and friendly. He managed to fix the problem quickly and was honest to say that due to appliance been quite old the problem may reoccur. So may need to buy a new one.
