I recently ordered a shell shame panel…
I recently ordered a shell shame panel from Go-Display for an upcoming fair and specifically selected the Hook model with a width of 1000 mm. However, to my surprise, they sent me the Velcro model instead. With just three days left before the event, I was left in a difficult situation. I immediately contacted Go-Display to inform them of the issue but received no response. I spent 850 GBP for nothing.

Thank you for your feedback. You did however order the shell scheme panels with hook and loop tape, not hooks. Hooks is not something that we supply so would not have been an option. The description online and on your order confirmation details that the panels have been selected with hook and loop tape, which is the same as Velcro. You were supplied with both the hook and loop tape required to use the panels. We apologise if there was any confusion regarding what you had ordered, but the goods supplied were as per the order. Perfect!
Go Displays was the only website where I could find the notice board cover I needed. The site was friendly to navigate and payment was easy, after I realised that if I clicked the other option (not PayPal) I could pay with any card! Invoice acknowledging payment arrived swiftly and the product, without Express Delivery, in stated timeslot, within two days. Perfect!
