A seamless process from the start to finish, the customer service has been excellent. From the booking of the vehicles, when I had to make changes the communication has been immediate, clear and helpful. The vehicles and the drivers have all been as advertised, prompt, clean & tidy vehicles & helpful drivers. The support from Clare made it easy for me to know that we were being looked after- great company, great staff!

I requested an online quote for mini bus hire, but received numerous emails requesting payment, calls chasing payment etc.

I called to advise that I requested a quote with an online price (which I did with a number of other companies), not a a request to book; yet was greeted with " well you rang us and requested an invoice", which did not happen. This ensued to a disagreement with the operator calling me rude when he was the only one getting irate and agitated. As it happens, I've found an alternative company who are actually £100 cheaper that Go2Coachhire.

Excellent and efficient communication from booking to collecting. Driver was on time on departure and arrival. Coach was lovely and clean and comfortable

The driver was prompt, courteous and helpful. We arrived on time and he was there to collect us on time at the end of the day. The price was competitive. The mini bus itself was quite old and in need of a little repairs here and there, but overall we were very satisfied with the service from the driver Yasir. Thank you.
