Ironically, I first heard of Jon at another recruitment event ran by a 'larger' agent. Go 2 College Soccer's more bespoke and personable approach appealed immediately, in additional to their sole focus on female footballers looking at options in the States. Indeed, from our first contact and then the first ID event in York, I was very impressed with the professional, yet friendly feel from not only Jon, but his dad Ged and all the staff. The follow up contact never felt sales driven or pushy, more consultative and care focused. Furthermore, as a former student athlete at a US college himself, he was able to speak authentically about what the experience will feel like and how important it is to get the correct fit for a student. We decided to proceed with Go 2 and the process has been straightforward throughout. Jon always answers quick queries on the phone and takes as much time as required on other more detailed subject matter. I like his communication style and have enjoyed a bit of banter along the way. The Showcase events are extremely well run and the subsequent contact from a range of colleges and coaches have been impressive. My daughter has now secured an incredible offer and opportunity to study at an excellent university beginning Fall 2026. Wholeheartedly recommend Jon, Ged and Go 2!

Jon and Go 2 College Soccer had been recommended to us by multiple families who had already been through the process and everything they told us about Jon he lived up to. Support all the way, answer all questions including the silly ones, helped us understand not only the scholarship program but also the travel, visa and educational aspects. Knowing that Jon will be there for us whilst our daughter is away and the future steps she takes helps eliminate some of the pressures going forward. Can’t recommend enough.

Going into the experience I was instantly supported and any questions or queries were answered and I’ve now committed to a college and cannot recommend go2collegesoccer enough!

We are just starting our process of going to the states and have been with Jon since 2023, he has always been so kind and helped us out when we needed it. My daughter joined Go 2 Soccer College 2 years ago, but prior to joining Jon was answering numerous questions regarding what she needed regarding exam results and courses to take to give her the best chance of a scholarship.
From what initially appeared to be an incredibly daunting process from the first trial to now going out to USA this month, Jon has been there every step of the way.
From that initial point of contact Jon has been fantastic in guiding myself and my daughter through the process and is always available for calls if we were unsure of anything, SAT’s Visa etc.
The showcase everts are a fantastic experience with many coaches from USA in attendance.

Our daughter starts her American Uni experience this year and having been with Go 2 College Soccer for some time we can say that the knowledge, experience and advice Jon has is essential in ensuring you get the right fit for you. It is quite a daunting task when you start the journey with so many Uni's all offering differing things, in differing places with differing opportunities. Jon was on hand to make sure we had the right advice every time we needed it which is very reassuring. Now our daughter is looking forward to furthering her soccer career at an excellent University with a fantastic programme. We are also comforted in the knowledge that Jon will be on hand for any further questions or advice whilst our daughter is at Uni over the coming years.

Our whole experience of dealing with Jon has been fantastic. We actually started our journey with a different agency but switched to Jon relatively late in the day. The contrast between the service given by Jon and the original agency could not have been more different.
Jon is completely professional and has such a good understanding of both the process and where your daughter will best fit into the US college system. Jon is always on hand to take calls or answer WhatsApp's to quickly answer queries and guide through difficult decisions. He's just so approachable.
