Brent was really good to deal with, my case was a difficult situation as I was in Western Australia for work and the van was in nsw, and to add my licence and passport was expired. I had to do the usual id identification process but had no current id. He showed me ways around this with other methods what took about 5 days of calls and msgs. took alot of his time and he did everything he could to get it through.. 10/10
