I started using GoalsWon feeling very stuck with my routines and long-term goals. I had tried different planning systems before, but always ended up overwhelmed or losing momentum after a few days. What has made GoalsWon genuinely different for me is the combination of daily accountability, simple structure and very human support. It is not just another productivity app – it feels more like having a steady, calm partner in the background helping you keep your commitments to yourself.

A key part of my positive experience has been the coach I was matched with. Bianca has played a central role in my personal process. She takes the time to understand what is really going on behind each task: my energy levels, perfectionism, self-sabotage and fears of failing. Her messages are clear and kind, but also honest and direct when I need it. She helps me break down unrealistic plans into something achievable, encourages me to celebrate small wins and, importantly, reminds me to rest instead of just “pushing harder”. Over time this has shifted the way I relate to my goals: less all-or-nothing thinking, more consistent, sustainable progress.

In terms of customer service and day-to-day use, my experience has been very positive. The app is straightforward to navigate, check-ins are quick to complete, and responses from my coach are timely and thoughtful rather than generic. When I have had questions or needed to adjust my focus, I have always felt listened to and taken seriously. That sense of being supported rather than judged has been crucial in helping me stay engaged.

If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to offer a bit more flexibility and personalisation in the app interface itself (for example, more ways to group goals or visualise longer-term progress over weeks and months). This is a minor point compared to the overall value I am getting, but it could make an already strong service even better.

Overall, I feel that GoalsWon is doing an excellent job of combining structure, accountability and empathy. Thanks to the system and to Bianca’s guidance, I have built habits I had been struggling with for years and I feel much more confident in my ability to follow through. I would absolutely recommend GoalsWon to anyone who wants ongoing, human support to change their behaviour over time, and I am happy to update this review in future as I continue to use the service.

I started with Goals Won just over a month ago, and I have already begun making significant strides. I'm taking baby steps, trying to developing good habits, like waking up early and getting to bed on time, which will help me become more productive and accomplish more over time. Hannah, my HUMAN goals/accountability coach has been absolutely incredible! She checks on me everyday, and she is always positive and encouraging. She lets me set my own goals, but she offers advice and provides suggestions if she thinks I might be overreaching. But again, she is always positive and encouraging. I honestly feel like she is in this fight with me. Goals Won has kept me motivated, it's moving me toward becoming more consistent. I can tell you how my ADHD brain has been needing this.

As an individual I struggle with two things: overambition and being consistent in my efforts towards things. So often I will have lofty goals but put them aside after a few bursts of effort. In my short time as a user Goalswon has already helped me just do things, like go to the gym and reaching out to friends, at a level of consistency that is much higher than I have had in the past. Thank you to Divina O, who has been supportive and helpful, and has made good suggestions on how I might challenge myself further.

A daily accountability coach has helped me profusely. I tried another coaching experience before this and we only talked 3 times a month and that didn't work. Bianca is extremely supportive and she makes each day feel very focused yet achievable. She's even helped identify new strategies to get me closer to my goal. I love the pace and coaching I'm receiving. Very grateful!

GoalsWon helps people accomplish goals by assigning them an accountability coach. Having an accountability partner like that can be very helpful for staying motivated and for growing as an individual. I used the coaching services for a couple years and gained a lot from it, and I would recommend it to anybody who is seeking to accomplish more in their life.

After struggling for years with ADHD to make something of my life, I looked at many different coaching services before finding GoalsWon. My coach Elora guides and encourages me every day, holding me accountable, and making sure my targets are significant but still achievable. I'm already hitting all my goals every day, and the reports and milestones help to monitor my progress and track achievements.

I feel more alert, sleep better, have more energy, and I'm seeing improvements to my health and productivity at work. The 7-day free trial helped me decide whether it was worth the cost, which is actually reasonable compared to similar alternatives, and nothing matters more to me than making the most of my life, something that now finally feels within reach.

I've only been using it for a fortnight, but it's already had a massive impact on how I get things done. Over the years l've tried all sorts of systems and processes to keep me on track, but this is another level. I'm not sure if it's the answer for everyone, but it's perfect for me.

The app itself is really good, lots of functionality and regular updates, but the real value is from the coach. She's really helped me to prioritise and build up momentum on my tasks. I can definitely see myself achieving my long term goals, whereas before it felt hopeless.

Goals Won and my coach Ellen are exactly what I need to make the most of this next chapter of my life. I researched apps and accountability partners carefully before choosing Goals One. The daily texting with Ellen gives me the support that I need to continue setting goals, accomplishing them and forming better habits. The app is very user friendly.

Mar is hands down the best accountability coach you can have on GoalsWon! I joined the app at a time where I needed extra push and accountability with my goals and she provided the right balance of coaching, accountability and encouragement. I have a habit of going all in with work and her strategies helped me to gain momentum and have more balance in my life. She is always consistent with her check-ins (even when I wasn't) and truly cares about helping you to achieve your goals.

GoalsWon became a poor, failing experience: total letdown. Initially, I purchased a subscription and never got a response from my first coach. A business leader, in the company reached out to me and apologized and the assigned me to a new coach. The new coach was awesome for a while, but then abruptly stop coaching without letting me know in advance. So I felt let down. I’m not going to allow this experience to sideline my goals but I absolutely cannot comeback here. For me, I don’t like to be letdown, especially when working on my personal goals. Wasteful experience.
